I saw renovations going on at the location of "The One". There is this sign:

I hope the year 2026 is a mistake.

Also not clear what it will be. The sign mentions an "entertainment location". The picture maybe gives a clue that it still has to do with muscular men.

The Line account seems to be for an individual and not specifically for Pheremore Massage.  Perhaps the owner’s Line Account.  A work in progress, I guess.
