However I can say that if someone takes the trouble to regularly share useful Bangkok updates and links, it could get to be quite disincentivizing if another regular and opinionated poster(now departed) continually criticizes and disrespects your posts and posting style.

I've heard that more than a few posters have either left or been disincentivised from posting on the various gay Thailand fora because of him. If I were Reader or any of those posters, I'd let the nitpicking and criticisms slide off like water on a duck's back. That's hard to do sometimes but in my opinion letting the bully and his sycophants take away your voice is worse. One thing I've learned in nearly a quarter of century of posting on gay Thailand fora - off and on - is that my credibility is not determined by the colonials who try to suppress me and what I have to say - their time has come and gone - but by the quality of what I have to say and my confidence in saying it. And even if a little of what I've had to say has been useful or helpful to someone else, then it would have all been worth it.

And I do remember also some steep stairs to the higher floors in 15M. Given my aging bones, I'm not sure either of these would be appropriate choices for me alas.Several of the Saphan Kwai massage shops offer outcall service to your room or hotel. Both Loveboy and 15M offer this. I used outcall a couple times earlier this year. Yes, you have to pay for the boy's transportation, but the cost versus your time to travel and from to Saphan Kwai is well worth the fee. Not to mention, you have the comfort of your room, without possible mattresses on the floor or steep staircases to navigate. The Saphan Kwai shop I used sent each boy by Grab bike. Shop owner sent a Grab link to my phone by Line, so I could see his exact live location on a map, as he made his way closer to my hotel in Silom. Easy, when the Grab bike is close to your hotel, just go down to lobby to meet your masseur. I asked the shop owner to pay the boy for everything at hotel, avoiding transferring money to shop, very easy if you don't have a way to transfer funds electronically in Thailand. Some shops allow this, just ask on Line.

Saturday at 10:40 AM5 days Popular Post I'm trying to convince Reader to post again, giving the reason mentioned here....in the meantime he texted me this, since I asked for an update on the masaasge places since I'm fixing ( @BjornAgain a Texan expression for ya) to head to that side of the world.About Sun Massage on Silom Soi 6 (first shop on right as you enter from Silom rd.). It's my favorite in Silom because of the variety of nationalities represented (Lao, Vietnam, Myanmar and Thai). Unlike most other shops that tend to be single origin, Sun features an ASEAN approach. Many downright handsome guys of all types with the bodies to match. Rooms have massage tables and en suite shower. One hour 500 baht shop fee. In Saphan Kwai, you can count on frequent turnover as newbies arrive and some rotate home. The wealth of talent remains impressive. If you venture out to shops on Sutthisan road, you become aware your in a thickly settled neighborhood environment that I find fun to experience. Plenty of good food vendors and small eateries in welcoming atmosphere. The first you come to One Spa. It's a 24/7 operation on four floors. Rooms run from basic mattress on floor to VIP and some LT suites. Usually a half dozen or so guys hanging around. 450 baht shop fee for standard room. In addition to the well publicized shops that post regularly on LINE, there's an assortment of local Thai shops that function pretty much the same with all Thai staffs. I've sampled a few and found that you can have good results but recommend a bit more discretion. I believe the best way to proceed with these shops is look for a guy you like and don't be afraid to smile first. It it's returned, you're on your way to a new adventure. The first local shop I tried is on the short Soi leading to STARS massage. It on your right side and there always some cute guys outside. The second is on the same Soi where Loveboy is located. Actually there are two on right side and frequently guys are hanging around outside. I stumbled upon the first guy when I was headed to LB and returned his smile. At the end of that Soi you'll find 39 Underground Sauna. This is very popular with locals and there's no restrictions on clientele. Although I haven't used it, have read favorable reviews on forum of those who did.Just to right of sauna entrance is a coffee shop known as 39 Hornet. Operated by same owner as sauna, it serves up fine coffees and pastry. And if you venture upstairs you find yourself in a maze that kindled memories of Babylon's legendary Garden of Earthly Delights but minus the naked part. It's pitch black except when you go to third floor where it opens into a veranda of sorts facing rear of building. One last note. If I owe anything to my sauna success it's this: don't hesitate to make the first move. Otherwise you risk wasting precious time.

The en suite shower in each room is convenient and handy. My favourite B2B massage guy works in Adam Massage at soi 4 and unfortunately the showers there are outside the rooms. At Sun Massage, not only are the guys willing to provide extras, their massage skills are also decent. Over the years, I have developed friendships with many guys there. I currently have 4 regulars at Sun Massage.
Sunday at 04:59 AM4 days Does sun show their therapists online anywhere or is it more of a show up and pick a guy kind of place?

Unfortunately, they still do not have face cradles or face wells (a common lack in the Saphan Kwai shops) so, to avoid suffocation, one has to turn one's head quite sharply to one side when prone. But that was a problem with mattresses on floor anyway.
