I spirited a few up the various towers I sampled at Quarter Silom, using the entrances more around the ground level parking, as I had a few separate reservations over time in slightly different selection grades. I think there are 3 room sections. I tried to sneak them out after in the same way but some of them said well good-bye and went to talk to reception staff they evidently knew anyway. So roads may be paved in a way out of your well-intentioned hands. Others hung around the grounds I assume to have an office for arranging their subsequent contracts which might actually not at all necessitate moving very far. Think universality in this game, unblocked trade and blocked trolls alike. 🤣

Haha … I had 2 individually and thought it might be fun to double up subsequently. However, do check out whether they are actual mortal enemies with dynamics worthy of any cheap telenovella. The business does not know how to craft a winning formula that leaves everybody happy (One would imagine this is rule #1 of bsuiness marketing, and yet, it's like outer speace to many businesses in Thailand). Often, this failure to craft a better strategy is because (a) owners are unable to think critically and reexamine what they've always been doing, (b) they are completely unaware of the world beyond Thailand and therefore do not learn from seeing other strategies adopted by gay businesses outside Thailand.
Here's a thought experiement for @Olddaddy
Supposing Nice Boys had booths tucked deeper in the bar, and offered you this option that evening:
1. Take a chosen boy into a booth, and he will private-dance for you for ten minutes (implication: he will wiggle and swing his thing and you can fondle to your heart's content, except no cum)
2. Pay bar 100 baht. Pay boy 200 baht.
Would you take up an offer like this -- where, for twice what you were tipping the boys, you get 10 minutes' worth rather than 1 minute's worth; the boy would earn 200 baht instead of 100 baht? The bar too would earn 100 baht without the cost of even pouring a drink compared to whatever the price of a boy drink (200 baht?) in Nice Boys.
If you would take up such an offer, how many boys do you think your budget for that evening would allow for? Three boys (30 minutes' entertainment)? Four boys (40 minutes)?
Thousands, under the right circumstances, with barely bahting an eye.
I found myself preaching to some of the floor captains about the same thing. They shrug. In contrast, showed specimen examples of North American stripper clubs and Brazilian brothel venues and had them panting and pawing at me, distracted from their misguided profit margin duties. Eyes wide-eyed and incredulous about the Brazilian costs in particular. This activity doubled for me in terms of getting across the message that I had no interest having them ply the mediocre subset of lineup, and had reference points for mitigating greedy deal-striking attempts, albeit amusing. The approach is certainly rigidified.

This should have been a memorable meal but was about the only somewhat of a letdown over a month. Yet among the most challenging to snag a table. Mind you it was early days, jet-lagged, and my body’s regular breakfast hour. Some of the textures and notes were off for me. Bland, and the beef seemed dry and flavourless. The dessert had a fermented component that I just did not take to, tasted borderline rancid.
The renovation is very attractive. I emphasize that others should not go by my impression but might want to peruse food review sites prior to committal.
I averaged about one “higher end” tasting-menu per week. It’s not my usual dining format and somewhat volume overload for one sitting given my usual nutrition consumption. However, no regrets about the other choices.
I usually take a glass of champagne but no wine accompaniment.

Ah, OK. At the risk of setting off metaphorically a few sticks of dynamite, I put forward the opinion that there is a fairly narrow circumscribed range of physical attractiveness among the hundreds of lads within the dozens of shops, and your take of the walk through this week is representative of the entire field and I think is similar to mine. Part of the problem is regularly seeing hot local guys around and about that are not well represented in the shops. They are obviously not available.
Personally, I would be reluctant to spend much time hunting within that (spa) domain, but my mileage is driven by other travel goals. Living there might be an exception in that rigorous searching for gems is more feasible and one might find a regular that matches type.
In my recent visit I maintained reasonable expectations given my preferences and budgeted for what would work for me. I did not spend nearly the cash I had been prepared to finance play for. However, I am low maintenance in that part of travel when there is a lot to see and do apart from play.
Interestingly, the enormous array of consistently beautiful female trade in hordes in Patpong might get one’s hopes unrealistically raised about MSM trade prospects, but not to be. There are but a few I was determined to work to get.

At times I have mixed and matched. You can get a hotel apartment further afield for X amount, often even with interesting sights less travelled by the average visitor, and travel downtown just relaxing or reading on the subway and/or tram, or considerably more for lodgings equivalency downtown, in my case trending at 2 or 2.5 times X amount, that might be more convenient for hosting. Over a decade I have only branched out to ad-based more recently.

Yeah, don’t worry about it. Just my version of a love song to the nearby many alternatives to sex parlours, absolutely fine an option no judgement, an ode to variations in hook-up playbooks in the area. Nothing special. I realize that some people want graphic details that can realistically extend to how many daily tricks, licks, thrusts, seminal fluid volume measures, and Bahts to the 0.001 factor are involved in surrogate intimacy. Punters may want to know exactly who I went with and a blow by blow of all the circumstances. I have little interest in theirs. I have read enough to know that details other than sunk cost are little more than window dressing for a majority here. Not relatable.
I would consider being more generous in detail but for the fact that I don’t truly grasp why it would be of interest, it doesn’t particularly stand apart, my posts on the subject would elicit a lot of repetitive commentary, and the array of trolls typically slumming around an anonymous chat board does not inspire. In contrast, when in Bangkok I have been happy to screen in person fellow punters, presumably not associated here, to share stories. I have a lot of stories.
There are some genuinely nice chaps here but, frankly, not pulling any punches I realize, I would not have visited based on the hours spent reading the board content ahead of time. The practical details reside in the public domain elsewhere and more succinctly packaged. I was curious about the locale and my month paid off, glad I got to enjoy what others also find worthwhile.

Whoever isn’t “triggered” by a sad angry offensive clown attempting to legitimize his xenophobia by scratching around for obscure references made by others to the same category of people is asleep at the wheel. Period. The assertion that somebody is triggered, as if it represents some kind of flaw, is the typical feeble go-to lazy language choice made by a troll anxiously trying to gain ground in a debate. You would never have come up with it but for matriculation from the troll academy. In fact, there is no debate.
Some entry visas, to chat platforms, should be subject to review. I might add that it’s small-t trigger; quite small potatoes, you. The predominant reason you would publish your outlandish comments about a specific nationality here is that you elicit little more than eyerolls in the real world, measuring your significance according to the degree to which you do successfully piss others off. Get help.

Such snobbery, with often ridiculously contrived embellishments, is what one sees in a character whose aim is to convince all others they are punching above their weight. I expect we will now have a song coming on to compensate for hubris overreach. Thud.
Enjoy being stuck with the restricted option. I am apparently hardly alone in this appraisal though I wouldn’t need to rely on others to confirm it directly here. The main criticism levied at me should be (is) why I would waste my time in a wannabe quasi web health room comprised of a board dedicated subforum and/or random submissions, of such limited quality and with troll-grade governance overrepresentation.

A classic example of counting on denominator neglect in constructing perspective. The rare occurrence of a tsunami or somebody egregiously relieving self in the local fountain is so compelling that its probability as a phenomenon of Mother Nature or representative of a particular classified subgroup based on a single member is vastly overestimated.
An unimpressive, futile attempt to shape the narrative by repeating the same drivel as if it’s believable and could eventually prevail within the broader consciousness here. Cowering pathetically behind similarly xenophobic expressivity as if these quotes buttress your opinion. It’s sad that you don’t grasp your limitations and don’t realize when you’re done, quitting before being left further behind. You come across as a trickle with enormous toxic waste potential.

This is where things get murkier and the net value of a chat board is negated by troublemakers throwing curves for cheap laughs. Two qualified professionals with medical science backgrounds attempt to clear up that red is not blue, as corroborated by objective evidence similarly adopted by broad governing bodies. They are up against the red = blue claim sect and pushing the info boulder up the hill is met with increasing resistance. What is additionally inane is that there exist within the public domain data that, on the surface, seem to support that red = blue. Therefore, the red= blue folks have either appraised it and found the fatal flaws therein, or have not bothered to attempt to do any real homework in the interests of driving home their argument. Instead, personalized attacks are introduced as if they could stand in for a meaningful contrasting view.
I hardly require verification from within our collective regarding my perspective on such dynamics. Junior high school kids get this. Kudos to @unicorn for his forbearance. Some of the rest, careful you don’t step off the edge of the planet.
There are a lot of online fora on health issues that aren’t so sabotaged. And there are readers here that are salvageable in spite of history, not too hard to predict. Others live in a one-note world and it’s tooted ad nauseam, cut and paste, sucking up far greater than its share of space, oxygen, and decibels. Thank you Mademoiselle Ignore, for taking on the burden.

Mercy buckets. I’ll wait and see and may sneak in the railway station again at a later point. The repeated museum pics seem intact. It was so easy to just buy fare to the railway station for a look as it was on the Metro route anyway, then buy fare again for the rest of way to primary destination.

Well, thanks, never hurts to repeat the same concept hundreds of times over in one single communication channel in case it never occurred to a lone straggler not yet grasping it. I’m not actively part of any subgroup with overlapping preferences and associated goodwill collaboration to keep the piece and keep manicured claws intact, and would never be, but I can understand the appeal and merit it contains for others.
