Gay (T/B) vs. Straight (T)?

Headed back to Bangkok this month for more adventures after a year+ break. I am wondering what experiences have been with therapists who are classified as "gay" vs. "straight." Yes, I'm clear on the T/B thing. But beyond that, are the ones who are classified as "gay" actually gay, less likely to be looking at straight porn as they perform their services? Hope this question makes sense but I'm trying to understand if "gay" means something more than just willing to "take it like a man.

15M is even more precise . They tell you if the person is top, bottom or versatile. But then they also list whether they are gay, straight or bi
 

I am also dubious about just equating a provider’s willingness to bottom with them actually being gay.
