All the more reason that the popular ones wont show up early. On the other hands, that could be a good thing for those early comer who isnt as popular, less competition from popular boys, so higher chance to get off? Lol

Jupiter fines 100 baht and the boys make a real effort to get there on time. Vs earning 200 baht to arrive early. Seems to prove a stick is more effective than a carrot. At least where boys are concerned.

Will just put this here as it dose not need its own topic.

Jupiter on a Thursday night bar less than half full at 10.30pm show delayed to 10.45pm when bar was about half full.  Stayed at about half capacity the entire night.  mix about 70/30 men vs women.

20 boys or so tonight.

1st parade in white briefs, 2nd in black briefs and third in long pants only 3 had numbers visible.

I think more nudity than in the past but more regular visitors will need to confirm that.

Biggest effort made through whole night was to ensure that any bottle opened was consumed by the end of the night.

Not sure how many offs occured.

I got two Jupiter ads in my x.com feed a couple days ago - one ad for hiring models, and the other ad hiring server staff.

Interesting to know why ads are being put out now at the start of the high season and I hope regulars may be prepared to comment.

Might it be because staff have migrated to other bars? Are staff leaving the business altogether?

I speculate that the visas of some of the boys have expired. Due to the hassle and uncertainty with renewing their visas via a border run, they probably decided to go back for the rest of this year and they will only return in 2026.

I know that at Freshboys, only half the usual number of boys turned up for work on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Another reason is there is never enough guys available in bars during high season. They need enough boys in bar to keep customers entertained, while most popular boys being offed, some even few days in a row. They are probably looking for any taker who wants to cash in during peak season

Cambodians make up the largest contingent of Jupiter's boys, by far. So it's hardly surprising that they may be short of numbers at the moment. Some would probably be, effectively, trapped on the other side at the moment and others might have chosen to go home to be with their families amidst the ongoing conflict.Lots of Cambodians have left Thailand, generally. You can expect the same thing to have played-out at Jupiter.

Apparently, further south, the Jomtien Complex has seen the number of Cambodian working there drop noticeably. The silver lining is that it has led to a growing number of Thai boys returning to work there. Hopefully we will see the same thing at Jupiter. Hopefully we will see that across Patpong.

Their daily catwalk was full today; I suspect they were using old reels. Quite a few of the guys in the line up were Tai-Yai/Shan from Myanmar and have been in the business for a very long time.

and those who stay may chose to be much more discreet about their origins. I noticed on Grindr two guys whose profiles  use to  include small Cambodian flags, now replaced with Thai ones.

A fellow forum member and me noticed the spillover from White Party last night at Good Boys. Some of the customers were better looking than the boys on stage. We are talking ripped hunks here. And before you ask, no they did not off anyone 😂

They do occasionally use old reels but just few days old and not more than a week. It is still a fairly good indicator which boys are still active and working in the bar.  I offed a boy once for 2-3 days in a row and we were amused to see him appear in the daily FB videos parading down the catwalk despite not having been at work. On the second day we spotted that they had actually used two videos taken in the same evening but posted on different days. But more often than not the videos are actually up to date. 

If the Tai Yai guys have Thai documents they are fine. But although the attention is on Cambodians at the moment, Myanmar guys too are finding it harder to get their visas due to huge influx of Myanmar workers into Thailand from the political instability. The boys I’ve spoken to hope the situation will improve after the upcoming (sham) elections in late January. 

In the latest video I counted 3 Cambodians but the numbers have been dropping steadily for the past few years.

they do for sure, just recently my friend noticed that guy was shown doing catwalk on the day when he was with him on an out of Bangkok multi days trip.
