My guy got me a slice of cake from Foodland supermarket and he organised a happy birthday singalong. Even the Happy Beer Garden aunties joined in! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I woke up at 8am. I was hungry but I waited another half hour before waking my guy up for breakfast. Breakfast spread at Quarter Silom was good enough for me. Not as extensive a variety like in Le Mer

And that is what I consider senior abuse. Not that I did not do it with pleasure and it was easy task for me as I was familiarized with that particular happy trail previously on few occasion and in less public setting, ahem

Speaking about sound volume at Jupiter they seem to tone it down to more tolerable level

( or with age my hearing declines. My father used to complain " getting older I'm getting slowly deaf, now when they say " take " I still can hear, when they say" give", I can't)

It reminds me of my dad. Whenever Mom was nagging again, he’d be completely deaf to it. But he’d hear even the faintest sounds in the house right away. It’s selective deafness, and I inherited it from him. Very handy ;-)

Yes I agree. It is not as loud as before.

Ah! You seemed to enjoy it so I didn't consider it elder abuse.

I thought you might refer to the bag that I got you to carry!

I did meet esteemed forum member again before I left Bangkok and it was over breakfast inside cosy Raya Hotel breakfast room. I found out that in the end, he didn't sleep alone last night! I shall leave him to recount the details in his trip report. I was glad to come to Bangkok for weekend trip. Happy to meet two forum members and of course I spent time with my guy. Two months of work then two weeks holiday in mid December till Christmas. I am wondering what Christmas gift to get for my guy. Our first time Christmas together. I have two months to plan and decide.

Oh, no. I like the bag a lot. It's like a trademark

I asked ChatGPT

"How many pieces of currency notes will fill up a height of 2 cm?"

The answer

"Approximately 200 currency notes will make a stack 2 cm high, assuming each note is about 0.1 mm thick.

20 mm ÷ 0.1 mm = 200 notes

The actual number varies with the currency, wear, folds, and how tightly the notes are pressed together."
