Hmm I wonder was that me !    This as I was visiting Sunsuk on a very warm late afternoon / early evening for some fun ( and so was only wearing a towel of course as is the norm there).
So, after a while lying on the chairs downstairs and as it WAS so warm I fancied a dip in the pool, so got up and quietly slipped into the water for a while without any fuss.  On leaving the water and returning to my sunbed I was aware of being on the end of multiple dirty looks from two old guys lying on sunbeds quite a distance away from me and after a while it became annoying so I shouted down  'WHAT, what seems to be your problem?" to which I got lectured about how "you weren't allowed to be naked in the pool or at the chairs" and how it was unacceptable and I should stop it etc.
Being that we WERE sitting in a gay sauna and we all knew why we were there ( and it wasn't to sunbathe) I thought "no, fuck you mate" and called the manager over who rolled his eyes  in the direction of the complainers and confirmed loud enough that they could hear and "no sir, it's absolutely fine here, enjoy your swim".
Needless to say I carried on until they left, never failing to be amazed how some gays are SO repressed that they seem to forget where they are and what they are usually doing there, meanwhile my swim and early evening dip was lovely !
I would add before i get commended as uncaring rude and obviously unaware of social rules of society that I literally was slipping in and out of the water for a quick dip, nothing more.  Not like I was running about the place flailing my arms and swinging my dick in the hope of some action !  ( that was later upstairs probably lol)

PS to the OP - should you ever find yourself in mainland Spain and close to Barcelona etc, there's a quite small but lovely gay nudist beach to be found in Sitges, whilst not 100% "gay" being Sitges it might as well be of course and has many handsome guys in attendance usually!

NIrishGuy reacted to PeterRS in Gay Icons Of The Past #6: The Gay Impresario Who Changed The World
To be openly gay in the latter days of the Russian Empire was extremely risky. Its most celebrated composer Tchaikovsky, especially famous for his music to the ballets “Swan Lake”, “The Nutcracker” and “Sleeping Beauty”, had agonized whilst keeping his homosexuality private.  His death in 1893 was officially due to cholera. Some researchers now believe he was forced to commit suicide after a threat of being ‘outed’ by a group of princeling students. He was just 53.
One Russian had few concerns about keeping his gay life private. An avowed homosexual, he was destined to change forever the way the world looked at art and the performing arts. Born in 1872, Serge Diaghilev, son of a bankrupt vodka distiller, spent his early years near the Russian city of Perm. At the age of 18 he moved to the capital, St. Petersburg, where he soon managed to find himself part of an artistically-inclined gay clique. With these new friends, he would socialize, swap boyfriends and occasionally cruise for trade in the city’s parks. According to the composer Nicolas Nabokov, “he was perhaps the first grand homosexual who asserted himself and was accepted as such by society.”
In the first decade of the 20th century, St. Petersburg was the place to be if you wanted to work in the classical arts. By 1906 Diaghilev was making a name for himself. He was asked to mount an exhibition of Russian art in Paris. Two years later he again visited Paris with a production of the opera “Boris Godunov” featuring the most famous bass voice of the age, Fyodor Chaliapin.

The tombstone of Chaliapin in Moscow
But it was ballet the French really wanted to see, for the Imperial Ballet of St. Petersburg was famed as the finest in the world. So in 1909 Diaghilev persuaded its best dancers to spend their summer holidays in Paris where he would mount a season performed under the title Les Ballets Russes.
The season was a massive success. The exciting new choreography and bold new designs had a far more general appeal than to just the usual aristocratic ballet audience. As important was the astounding virtuosity of the lead dancers. Anna Pavlova (the Pavlova dessert of meringue, fruit and lashings of cream is named after her) was one of the prima ballerinas, but it was the astonishing lead male dancer who utterly electrified Paris. Everyone wanted to see the young, withdrawn and innocent star, Vaslav Nijinsky. Other than showing Paris his extraordinary leaps when he seemed suspended in the air and his supreme emotional involvement on stage, Diaghilev had another reason for wanting Nijinsky on this tour. The two had become lovers with Diaghilev holding an almost Svengali-like hold over his 20-year old protégé.
Becoming a full member of the Imperial Ballet at the tender age of 17, Nijinsky quickly became a star. He also attracted the attention of the very rich playboy Prince Lvov. Lvov took the shy dancer under his wing – and into his bed – showering him and his family with gifts. Nijinsky was probably not at the time - and may never have been - homosexual. “I loved him because I knew he wished me well,” he is quoted as saying. “Well?” Perhaps, but Lvov was also a good friend of Diaghilev and had no hesitation in lending him Nijinsky for a night or two. Innocent though he might have been, the young dancer knew well that Diaghilev could further his career. So he left Lvov to live with Diaghilev.

    Diaghilev with composer Igor Stravinsky
So successful was that season of Les Ballet Russes that the ensemble was to continue to appear in Paris before and after World War 1, soon becoming a full-time company. The scope of Diaghilev’s achievement was enormous. Composers like Stravinsky, Debussy and Prokofiev, artists like Picasso, Kandinsky and Matisse, and fashion designer Coco Chanel were engaged to create works that were becoming increasingly more avant-garde. And then there were the scandals! Nijinsky wanted more artistic freedom. Diaghilev let him choreograph a work to the music of Claude Debussy. In “L’après-midi d’un faune”, Nijinsky caused a sensation when he appeared to be slowly masturbating with a scarf prior to a brief orgasmic shudder. But the outcry that followed was nothing compared to the riot which took place during the first night of Nijinsky’s choreography for Stravinsky’s brutal, pagan-like “Rite of Spring” which ends with a human sacrifice. Paris was in uproar. No one was more pleased than Diaghilev. “Exactly what I wanted,” he exclaimed!

Painting of Nijinsky with the famous scarf
Diaghilev had a premonition he would die at sea. So when the company travelled to South America in 1913, he did not go. Unknown to him, one of the company’s aspiring students had her eye on Nijinsky. She made sure they became close on the long sea voyage and then arranged their marriage in Buenos Aires. On learning the news Diaghilev was incensed! He immediately fired his lover. What did he care? There were plenty more young men in the company and he was to be involved in affairs with several of them. For Nijinsky it was a total disaster. At his wife’s urging, on their return he attempted to run his own company – without success. Soon he started suffering from schizophrenia. Over the years the most famous dancer of all time was examined by many psychiatrists including Sigmund Freud. To no avail. After his last public performance aged just 27 he spent the rest of his life in an out of asylums.
A typical impresario whose love of his work often exceeded his ability to finance it, Diaghilev continued to invite an ever-expanding group of young artists and composers to work with his company. By far his greatest legacy is that from the ranks of the Ballet Russes came the founders of London’s Royal Ballet and New York’s City Ballet. Another completely resurrected the near-moribund Paris Opera Ballet. All three are now amongst the world’s finest.
Diaghilev himself died penniless in Venice aged 57. Although his career with the Ballet Russes had spanned less than 25 years, in that time he had revolutionised the worlds of music, dance, theatre and the visual arts as no one else in history.

NIrishGuy reacted to Tomtravel in Bogota adventure
I share an interesting adventure from December 25th in Bogota. Everything was closed and streets empty, so I checked grindr around 10.30am. A hot muscle guy caught my attention, though I thought its an escort. Anyhow, I contacted, we chatted, he said its his birthday (27). Ithought it’s a way to get a “gift”. We had a whatsapp call and he seemed to be a nice guy and the flat was also nice. He lived quite far from Chapinero in Bogota North-East, about 45 min with uber. I took with me 100Kpeso, reduced the cc limit to 100 eur and took my secondary mobile phone with me (in case it gets ugly, losses are insignificant). I arrived at the place (I recognized the football stadium from the flat window I saw in whatsapp call), he was not at home, I ordered uber back to the hotel and then he arrived with mopo. He was hot and nice. We went to his flat, I met his neighbors and I thought it was not a very smart setup to rob me. In the flat there was another muscular guy and I was a bit concerned about my safety. It was his brother with whom he shares the flat. I was still a bit uneasy. The brother is also a muscle guy, and both are into older guys (let’s call my date Gabo). Gabo also has a nice face, the brother is a bit more raw (though if separately presented, I would take both). Anyhow, Gabo said we will go to café nearby. They had their breakfast, I had in the hotel and asked, what happens next. They said we would travel to the party. Uber was soon ordered, and we drove to Bogota-Suba. I thought it must be their favorite restaurant. We arrived at one park and they were looking for something. I asked where is the restaurant – reply, we go to the flat. It must be clarified, I speak experimental Spanish and use google translate. Well. I took a photo of the park and sent it to my primary mobile phone which was in the hotel (so that the investigative team would have some clues if I don’t come back). Soon 5 guys arrived, one had a daughter, and I decided it's not organized crime, most probably. We went to buy beer (my money was refused) and then to the flat, to the rooftop and indeed there were about 15 people, beer, music and aguardiente/schnaps. So from 1-4 pm we had a working class style rooftop party, which was very fun with dancing, chats, etc. I was the exotic gringo guest. I learned about the guys and their life. Around 4 pm soup was served. I thought, it's all a very exciting anthropological experience, but what about my hot date? Around 4-5pm, Gabo said we leave now and go back to the flat. Great news! But 5 people joined us. I learned one guy (who seemed to be informal leader), also a gay guy (there were 4 other gays guys age 25-30) wants to fight and we took him out from the party and walked around the area, which was full of people celebrating I guess Xmas. Grilling food on the street, drinking, dancing and even singing. I had a feeling that people were a bit surprised about my presence and some dangerous looking guys (my stereotypical thinking) offered me potato chips. The trouble maker was deemed to be calm and we took an uber to the flat (before we waited for a 20 min taxi, and then I offered my uber). I thought, maybe they just come with us for a short last drink... We arrived in the flat and flat decoration started. I asked if more people will arrive. Yes, about 10. True, more beer, pizza, cake, 10 people, all brothers (4 additional, straight), sister, mother, lesbian couple, etc. Party lasted until 11. I was thinking about my date… . Everybody was very nice, gifts, singing, Gabo in tears, Gabo again happy. More drinking (especially the sister and one young rather  dumb brother). Around 11 pm, I was getting tired of constant blasting latin music, beer and thought, what to do. Around 23, Gabo, his sister and dumb brother, who made borderline homophobic jokes, were crying. Gabo’s muscle brother (who btw also fancied me!) said, don’t worry, it's normal, they always cry together because Gabo is gay and life is not easy. Well.. I asked Gabo when we have one-on-one time, he said tomorrow, but I can stay there. Well. Better with a hot guy, then alone. I went to sleep in his bedroom. Guests did not leave and soon came exhausted Gabo to sleep with me. Sex in such a small flat with some guests roaming nearby was unrealistic. I cuddled with him and managed to taste of his nice large dick, but then it was about 8am and guests started to wake up. I decided it’s better to go back to the hotel, since it's 24 hours since I left and no fun to be with the family, some with strong hangovers (sister). We agreed to meet later that day, but we were too exhausted. However, we agreed to meet the next day and indeed I landed my date for sex, nearly 36 hours after the first kiss, again at his flat. He has an incredible body and though I am a bottom guy, I could not get enough of his muscled thighs and stone hard glutes😊. I originally planned a nice dinner and visit to my hotel; but he was not so eager to come to Chapinero (I offered uber). After sex we went to his friend's place, who made chicken and rice. We chatted and gossiped, he went to the gym (with the trouble maker friend) and I ubered again to the hotel and the next day departed from Colombia. Unfortunately, the meeting took place on the last day.. . Learning: sometimes the risks are worthwhile, let things go as they go, don’t stress too much, think less. I thought, even if I would not have sex, the opportunity to peek into the life of young bogotanos was great. Gabo and his family left the day after to the Caribbean coast, where they originally come from and from the whatsapp pictures I could see, the holiday consisted of food, dancing, beer and beach. I plan to continue this friendsip when I am again in Bogota. PS maybe some forum members have also met this guy or his brother?   The pic is from the streets of Suba.

Im certainly not sure that the World Cup gave Qutar the positive PR image that they'd hoped for world wide when they were stumping up the money for the bribes perhaps and I doubt they needed the income from tourism so it's hard to see what they actually got out of the whole deal, other than a few new football stadiums perhaps.

But bad PR or not - can't deny it was quite the final !!!!  Edge of the seat stuff for the supporters for sure.

I apologize if I sounded vague. I am a newbie when it comes to S. America that's true.
I certainly am not looking for scoring if that means free time with men, it's only one month after all. To be more precise I am looking for hiring and I appreciate the advice I got thus far from Gentlemen here. I'll look for GPs from saunas in Colombia or Brazil.  I'll look up the travel reports from the area and hopefully gain more insight.
    Thank you for your help!

Go live in Russia and post under the same user name but change it to Russia and see how that goes for you there and then come back and talk to us perhaps eh....

Why you'd almost thinking he was (still) trolling about Cancer -and on a post where another board member seems to have a genuine case going on - tasteless to say the least.

I would love to know the no doubt weird and wonderful reason for that daily build and strip routine.
I've always assumed it was either as there's some law that prevents there being a permanent market there unless approved by the authorities / Palace etc OR that the landlords perhaps rent the land to the market owners on the condition that they get the contract to provide all the kit and the manpower labour to build and strip it all every day of the year and THAT is how they're making the REAL money from the deal.
As when you consider that the strip can be going on well until the early hours of the morning sometimes, with the build then starting to happen sometimes well before lunch time again on the same day with only a few hours gap in between there must surely be SOME reason behind it happening like that as it makes zero sense otherwise, even when factoring in the whole TIT thing !?

Ha ha all of that - and just from you reading one sentence, wow !  You're obviously a little bit unhinged it seems, that explains your various posts to date at least I guess.
    Have a nice day 🙂

Damn ! So after just clicking on your above hooker link just for a nosey you understand, unfortunately I've just realised that I may already be becoming down with something on day 5 of the trip perhaps and feeling a bit ill on perhaps the afternoon of one of our beach days and perhaps needing to  go back to my room "to lie down for a few hours" ( cough cough  - hmmm you think I'll get away with it!?? ) lol
( I AM joking, if I were to even consider that I would just be open about it and man up and face the wrath and silent treatment of a Flipino scorned for the next two days and take it like a man  - and then sleep with one eye open for the next five days after that!  )
