I was actually asked by a few guys this time if I wanted to meet with them outside of sauna (they kept texting me on whatsapp or instagram), so I wanted to have an idea in terms of making them and myself happy. As my regular guy said "make it profitable for you and me" when I asked how much he wanted. Relationships last as long as there are mutual benefits, so I would like to keep it that way. I am pretty sure the hospital will offer it for free though, but, sure, if they tell me that is not the case, I will pay. I do care about them. Not sure if it was the constant walking around & visiting during the day, or the (on average) 3 fucks per night during the evenings. I have made several small trips to Brazil, but never had the stamina of you two even at a slightly younger age. Tarte - please don't mind some of the harsher comments here. I completely agree that gonnahrea is mostly invisible and not as huge a deal as many people make it to be. I have contracted twice - both out of sauna scene with random hookups. Also believe that without context, it's impossible to understand and judge another person's relationship, so like tomcal says, I agree with going about minding my own business. I do not know Brazil's health system, but I am going to assume it is similar and probably better than Argentina's. The boys can get tested and medicated for free in public hospitals. Of course they are going to claim they have expenses to squish more money from you, but you will not be helping to stop the next International gonnohrrea epidemic. I was told to go to a facility right behind the Metro Siqueira Campos called UPA. They took me as a client without any requirement or request to pay anything. It was very quick and I saw a doctor who gave me the prescription. I wasn't there more than 20 minutes. No doubt he clinic is there for locals more than tourists. The public health system, especially in Rio, has basically collapsed. Rampant corruption and the economic crisis. You really don't want to have to get treated for something serious in a public hospital here. Just ask fellow member Ihpguy who has shared some of his experiences. Sure, they are free, and it shows. Many have closed and those still open lack for basic supplies and are woefully understaffed. The UPA's like the one mentioned here are patchwork initiatives, OK for standard vaccination campaigns, but with huge gaps in overall competence (along with an unenviable record of misdiagnosing folks). I never waited for a taxi in Rio. In Porto Alegre the taxis are less common, although you can still usually find one every 2 or 3 minutes. But some of the drivers are useless, one didn’t have satnav, and didn’t know the street where Mezzaninu is, so we had to use the google satnav system on my own phone. So I started using Uber which is cheaper and there is no cash involved, and obviously Uber drivers all have smartphones. Plus you don’t have to pronounce correctly you destination address in Portuguese, they have received it on their phone. In Montevideo the taxis are even rarer. At the same time, Uber isn’t well developed, you only have the basic service, and frankly the cars are kind of crappy in both cases. In Buenos Aires, Uber didn’t work for me. Not sure why, it say “problem, go on our help page on our website”. Even if it worked, the cars are often “13 minutes away”. I’m not waiting a quarter of an hour for a ride!
