Well, your guess is as good as Korn's. My theory is that a former customer held a grudge against Korn and did so just to spite him. A costly 5000B slap. Of course, it could simply be that the customer ran out of 1000B notes so the one at the end of the line becomes the unlucky duck. 

It's also possible that customer doesn't know Korn well enough. Korn is a recent addition to the Moonlight model line up.

The Silom half of that lane, from Silom Road to the Prime Massage dogleg is called Silom Soi 6, whereas the Surawong half of the lane, from Surawong Road to the dogleg has a different name and is called Soi Tarntawan. So when @reader in his original mention said "Soi 6", he would have meant Silom Soi 6.

Don't worry, you are not alone, even if I just chalked off my 23rd trip to Thailand and that soi

20 days or so to come for me to be there-but this soi 6 will not be the very 1st to aim for. Have never counted nr of trips in total, plus that many were like sandwich: TH-somewhere else-back to TH and  fly home. Is that 1 or 2 visits? With 2 - 3 / yr since around 1988 that must total just </ > 100. I somewhere still have some list of all the flites and airlines I have used-shame if ever a greeney climate promoter finds that- must be at least 33 different airlines. Best for me remains THAI-but in its best yrs, around or before 2000. Oh-I still have nearly all the passprts (lasted only 5 yrs then) so I could count it.

And no- there will not be reports, it will be far too boring plus that it hardly will touch Silom even. And no one except me will be interested in the current state of the BMTA

Dann wirst du noch etwas warten müssen- aber zur BMTA sieht es erschrecklich aus wenn Ihre website stimmen soll (was er früher doch tat, aber nur zur BMTA selber-nicht jene Rot ruam=privatBusse)-nahezu Hälfte Ihrer Linien werden nicht mehr genannt. Ob die auch echt weg sind? Abwarten. Und dass sind nicht nur Linien die mit U-bahn Verlängerung usw. oder RedLIne Parrallel gehen. Erstaunend scheint auch das immer noch Fahrtpreise <2020 gelten sollen.

These days any idea what time the silom bars close? I will reach to my silom hotel in BKK ard 11pm - 12 mn. Not sure if there be any guys left at the bars to off? 

Freshboys on Patpong Soi 2 is open until 01.00. I just checked with a lad who works there.

Even after bars close walk round the area with open eyes  may be fruitful as guys are socializing and eating here and there. Hot Male beer is opened till 2.

In October  I landed at your time and still manged to meet one forum member and nail the Tawan boy who was drinking with few of his friends in the corner of soi 6 and Suriwong.
