From Bangkok Post The government will open discussions to set up travel bubbles with China and Malaysia this month to attract more foreign visitors, following the resumption of the Test & Go scheme on Feb 1. Government spokesman Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana said on Monday authorities will discuss the details of a possible travel bubble agreement with China's minister for culture and tourism. After more than 2 years I am looking at a ticket and going for the Test&Go approach now that the government has lifted quarentaine. I used to fly with KLM but their tickets have gone up a lot. Now looking for cheaper options from Amsterdam to Bangkok Which airlines have reliable connections? I don't want to risk that my flight gets cancelled.

I've been mainly using Grindr again on this trip. Advantages were large clear pictures, unlimited blocks and less advertising than Hornet. All was well until about 3 days ago, when Grindr suddenly increased the advertising. Now I can be scrolling through the selection and it suddenly opens the Lazada app, without my consent. I go back to Grindr and a few seconds later, it sends me to Lazada again. I type a message and sometimes, part way through, it sends me to Lazada again. My EVA flight booked on Wednesday; cancelled today....no flights until March. The reason given? the delta variant. Really? we've known about that for months; has the prognosis for its spread in Thailand changed? Not a disaster but a nuisance. I've rebooked flight, hotel and quarantine night. But my concern is that, even when things seem to be getting back to a semblance of order, unexpected problems occur. And this one came right out of the blue. Hi all, I entered Thailand along with Dear Husband on November 30th as part of Test and Go, planning to stay until February. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, I had to fly to Boston, where I am now staying. I would like to return to Thailand for more time. Since Test and Go is now suspended, I was considering the Phuket Sandbox as I would be free to roam, rather than being compelled to stay cooped up in a hotel for the seven days. When massages are given in BKK and Pattaya, are both masseur and customer expected to wear masks? Have the shops policies regarding this? Handy, cheap and nice smelling micro-towel. I always made sure I have few on me at any time . Refreshing , stays moist for few hours, can be washed and reused. Whether you feel sweaty, oily , soiled you appreciate having it on you . comes in 3 sizes ay 9, 13 and 16 baht, can be found in 7/11 and the like not where other toiletries are but curiously where dairy items are shelved. Don't ask me why. I even went as far as bringing few of those home.

Well, today's discovery was a coffee shop described as "Dose/Yield/Time Cafe", in Pattaya. With the not very catchy branding and no signs outside, I still managed to find it, thanks to Google maps. There was a menu with a wide choice of coffees. Food options were limited to some crushed biscuit, which I passed on. After waiting ages, my coffee arrived. I think this is the best coffee I've ever had. Outstanding! Even better than a coffee shop in Nakhon Sawan, 2 years ago. According to a review on agoda site, i have been aware that there is some renovation work going on at Raya hotel, but it didnt sound like a major one. now these pictures make me wonder if there is gonna be noise issue for the guests. i have sent emails to the hotel (one directly to the hotel and one through agoda) but so far no reply. has anyone stayed there recently?
