OMG! No wonder this movie is such a gay icon. Two women trying to kill each other over shoes!

Three men are in bed together: two are sinning, two are sinned against. . Doesn't that make four men? You're mistaken: the man on either end is implicated once, but the one in the middle does double duty. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Some years back, we decided to send a radio signal to a red dwarf star that might be habitable for life. In 2029, the message will finally reach that planet. These messages (and I'm not kidding) were selected from a competition on a social networking site. In essence, we are starting our first possible alien communication dialogue with the equivalent of FACEBOOK status messages and TWEETs. Knowing how social media works, what do you think are some of the messages that either got picked or rejected? I'll start with these that were rejected: REJECTS E.T. CALL ME! Brian 345-1234 Hey Alien Boy, if you're good looking then send me a pic @ xxxxx.gmail.com I don't know i…

Please read this article. I find it disgraceful and disgusting in the extreme, but sadly not an issue which is the only one in recent US history – nor, indeed, in the recent history of several other so-called civilized countries. I trust that Justice Antonin Scalia will be true to his words, and there will be photos and vdos of his being the first to take the action he advocated so they will be beamed around the world for all to see. The article in today’s Guardian starts – http://www.guardian....ocent-man-death Please read it all.

Say it ain’t so! Levi Johnston, baby daddy to Bristol Palin’s one and only and poster-boy extraordinaire is living high and dry—off his mom—in Alaska. The Playgirl cover boy is reportedly broke and living with his mother after allegedly squandering more than $1 million on items like guns, boats, and four-wheelers. Sources revealed that Johnston hasn’t given any child support to Bristol in two years and has little contact with his son. With another bundle of joy on the way—he’s expecting a daughter with current girlfriend Sunny Oglesby—it’s unclear what he’ll do next to make ends meet. Chippendales?!

I think Simon may be the smartest man in television reality. I think having Britney Spears on the panel on X Factor will be must watch television this Fall. In their first day together on a panel yesterday the tweets from the panel were hilarious including an apparent Britney walk off the set/panel when a contestant botched her "Hold It Against Me". Then Simon Cowell tweeted, "can't find Britney after 2 hours". Then later, Britney tweeted, "can't a girl take a break?". . .

James Doohan, Scotty on the original Star Trek, wished to be cremated and have his cremains "beyond the earth's atmosphere" had his wish granted a short time ago. An unmanned space shot took 300 cremains into orbit where they will remain for about 1 year before burning up returning to earth. A fitting tribute for those wishing to do this. Cool. Best regards, RA1 I know AS and others will be interested.

Although we are waiting verification from EXPAT, there is evidence to believe that singer Elton John is in LA's Cedar-Sinai Hospital with a serious respiratory infection. All concerts are canceled. TMZ updates: Elton checked into Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. at 6 AM Wednesday. John underwent a battery of tests, after which the doctors recommended that he NOT perform for 7 days. He was told he needed "complete rest and antibiotic treatment to prevent damage." The singer had to cancel 4 concerts scheduled this weekend in Las Vegas. John is believed to have been released from the hospital.

If anyone needs convincing that gay marriage might help control world population, take a look at this breeder who fathered 30 kids with 11 women. Not that this will convince anyone that gay marriage can benefit society, but if it were also possible for gay couples to adopt kids (many years from now-- someday), I know one guy who might be convinced to accept that offer: http://www.latimes.c...0,4036567.story

The HTC EVO and HTC One is an extremely popular Android device for Sprint. There have been several versions look as if they will be released from customs now that inspectors are finished. The concern was the devices might be infringing on Apple’s intellectual property. During the past 18 months mobile manufacturers have been sue happy over patent issues. The two big offenders, Apple and Samsung have been battling it out country by country however, the hold up of new product at US customs is a new twist. The big concern is will we see other mobile makers begin like tactics to slow down pre-order and initial sales of popular devices. If thats the case many people will no…

Not only does it look like EXPAT will win the contest due to end in a couple of weeks, but he is just hair from passing me as the top ranking non-administrator poster on the site. I've got 4234 posts right now; he is just a tad behind at 4203. Wouldn't it be cool if he surged to the top just at the moment he was winning the final days of the contest? EXPAT has redefined the nature of the site and deserves credit for his hard work to win the contest. No, he doesn't have to slip a dime to me, he did it all on his own. So, I point this out in case you had not noticed. EXPAT is Number One!

I'm not the dumbest person on the planet nor am I a rocket scientist either. So I decided to sit down and read A BRIEFER HISTORY OF TIME by Stephen Hawking. This book is the ABBREVIATED version of A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME and everybody touts the books as being something that ANYBODY can read and understand no matter how much you know about time/space/etc. I have been reading very patiently about curved space and relativity and the other topics contained therin. I try to read in small pieces so that I can try to digest and understand what is presented. After reading the material I have thus far, I feel as if I'm a dog that has discovered its tail and started chasing it fas…

A jury in New Jersey on Friday convicted Dharun Ravi, a former Rutgers student, of hate crimes, invasion of privacy and other charges related to his spying on his gay college roommate, Tyler Clementi, who later committed suicide. Ravi, 20, sat silently and with no visible expression on his face as the verdict was read. He faced a total of 15 counts in the case, which made national news in September 2010 after Clementi, who was 18, hurled himself from the George Washington Bridge in the New York City area after learning that Ravi had set up a secret webcam and captured him in an intimate encounter with a date in their dorm room. Ravi had pleaded innocent to all charges,…

Fans of Adam Lambert have been waiting on pins and needles studded gloves and platform shoes for the last week, wondering if his dazzling second album would sell enough copies to top the Billboard Album Chart (something his first album For Your Entertainment missed, having peaked at #3). Well, Glamberts can rejoice, because Trespassing is officially the #1 album in the country. His PR reps were the first to break the happy news this morning: Not only does this confirm that Adam is no American Idol flash-in-the-pan, but he's made music history: He's become the first out male artist to have a #1 album. Other gay performers such as Elton John and George Michael ha…

Recent American Idol castoff Joshua Ledet, the soulfull, gospel song belter has been courted by a NYC stripclub for women called "Mantasia" to be a featured performer. Playing off his Idol nickname "Mantasia" because he was like a male version of former dol winner Fantasia, the club thought it would be a perfect fit for their clients. FYI - Do they know he's GAY ?????? and a bit Fem ???? (females dont like that) The ladies want a Full out Macho man Fantasy, and that AINT Joshua.... what do you think ?

The mirror Ball is HIS. Donald Driver and partner Peta took home the Glitter in what was the closest race of the Shows History. All Top contenders and stunningly gorgeous people, Donald edged out the competition with his Western themed freestyle, and Hot Cha Cha. And you couldnt miss his glistening chocolate skin and rippling muscles. I was routing for William to win, but Ill settle for Donald. I'd do BOTH of them ! Congrats to ALL the finalists - Good Job !

Since nearly everything is in reruns now, I watched the l last performance show of Dancing With the Stars last night since William Levy is in the finals. He definitely brings the heat and hotness and a score of "30" and "29" last night. Here are his two performances. For the "Dancing With the Stars" finale, William Levy and partner Cheryl Burke took on a cha-cha and a freestyle dance. The cha-cha was (naturally) right up Levy's alley - he's been much stronger on Latin dances than strict ballroom all season. The judges love his cha-cha - Len calls it "as good as [he's] ever seen in 14 seasons." Bruno calls him an "intoxicating human cocktail," which is very Bruno of h…

So did anyone buy some shares? I found it, as did many investors, pretty underwhelming. They released way too many shares to create a real buzz. Unlike some other tech giants who went public and really skyrocketed this felt more like a taxi down the runway. Now we will have to go into wait and see mode.

Those of us on the west coast were able to see some of the eclipse on Sunday. I found a bunch of photos online from various people. But these two were really nice I thought. One was taking from orbit and the other is a time lapse photo taken during the eclipse itself.
