Just came back from Bangkok and it has definitely changed due to Covid...
Patpong night market is GONE
Went by Khaoson Rd on Sunday night...the club side was great....the other street with all the restaurants and massage parlors...super quiet and slow
My favorite massage spot in the area didn't make it nor did the one I frequented near Patpong
Great shopping as always, Chatuchak Market was lively and very busy on Sunday
Malls are still amazing although MBK has also changed dramatically...
I have about 8 massages in the span of 6 days including the first night that I had to wait for my test results...
Overall a great trip...
Looking to go back soon...

Why would you need to carry a thick wad of bills in your money belt....Not sure what that is....you dont have to carry ALL of your money on your at one time...the same way you wouldnt in your own city
Keep carrying in your shoe or wherever you feel wont be found in the case you get robbed...
The last question is the silliest....Again, maybe not well traveled...They would not be able to get into your safe UNLESS you gave them the code....Its not in the majority of peoples interest to steal from hotel guests if they want to keep their jobs...

Was in Rio last week....great trip as always
Amazing weather..I got in early Monday morning and left out on Friday...
The beaches were packed and amazing on all of the days especially Monday and Tuesday....
Tons of gays in town for Carnival....great eye candy!
Monday at Pointe was just so so...there was something going on at 117 so I think the crowd may have been there OR just out in the streets celebrating
Tuesday at 117 was super packed...tons of new eye candy, tons of clients talking, drinking, hanging out...def met some new eye candy
Decided to check out Pointe on Wednesday and it was decent....crowded...festive...didnt find anything of interest that day but made up for it on Thursday
Back to 117 for my last full day in Rio....great decision...met a new guy, new to the scene, had a great time and exchanged Whatsapp info...
Overall the trip was a success...plenty of sun, sand, sex....relaxation....I did some work while I was there as well
Also learned that in a pinch, instead of getting Covid tested at the site at the airport, the little pharmacy will test you for less money and you get your results back immediately!
Oh, Latam airlines has really good food!
Would love to travel to Rio and Salvador again before winter there/summer here but may not happen....

The beaches and the historical part of Salvador Bahia are not that far away....a short uber ride...
Please stop making it sound like is hours away...
There are buses as well as uber that will take you from the beach front area to the historical downtown area minutes away

I havent been to BKK since 2019 due to Covid...
Prior to Covid, I traveled to BKK 2 to 3 times a year since I started going...
I love the food, the shopping and the sights....Did I mention the food and the shopping...And most importantly the massages!!!
What has changed and what has stayed the same?
I love MBK and Chatuchak Market the most when it comes to shopping
I have a tailor that I will check out once I get there to get some slacks and shirts made
I also love having high tea at one of the nice hotels in the city
Please give me some recommendations on new things or things that are hidden gems...
Not too huge into Thai guys but I did go to a pretty hot sauna once and met a sexy muscular guy once that I had sex with...

The same drugs that you need a prescription for are available in Rio at most of the pharmacies without a prescription..
The US is one of the few countries that make buying simple drugs with a prescription mandatory...
The chain drug stores have pharmacists working inside who will assist you...
Last month when we were there, I had an allergic reaction to something that caused eye irritation that regular Visine was doing nothing for. The pharmacist asked me what the problem was and recommended some drops for me...
I have been buying antibiotics and viagra for YEARS in Rio...
Its the same drugs from some of the well known US based drug companies...

As long as Ive been traveling to Rio, this year will be my first time there during Carnival festivities....
I didn't plan it that way, tickets were actually well priced and I wanted to make sure I got to Rio before the seasons change...
Saunas should be good like they were during the time between Christmas and New Years..
If there are any suggestions, something new, that would be great....
Aside from the beach, saunas and definitely checking out some samba...I dont think Im planning on going to any large parties or crowds...

I have been traveling with poppers for YEARS and never had a problem...as long as you arent traveling with a whole box, I don't think the airline cares about 1 or 2 small bottles...there are a ton of other things that we travel with on a daily basis that are flammable....

Why would I attempt to go all the way to Niteroi to go to a sauna....
I suggest you do some research to avoid wasting your time
Pointe and 117 along with the apps are sufficient for finding guys and having a good time in Rio

Just got back from Rio....
Had an amazing time....got in on the morning of the 26th...Had time to go to the grocery store and then the gym before the beach...
AMAZING Sunday beach day...tons of hot guys, beautiful weather...typical Ipanema during winter
Monday-Pointe was just okay..Nice selection of guys...My partner and I had some fun with 2 guys there
Tuesday-117...Insane...CIRCUS...got there around 6:45....Wall to wall guys...from the entryway to the hallways, both sitting areas/bars PACKED
Huge selection of guys but also a huge selection of regulars....with some foreigners mixed in....
It was almost TOO overwhelming...
Had a great time with two guys there
Definitely the best night hands down....show was decent, was still packed when we left
