I don't know anything about the British justice system. I did cover a lot of court cases in Canada over a thirty year period as a news reporter. The terms like innocence and somebody being "cleared" are often used by the media when they should be used only rarely. You're right people are presumed innocent when the trial begins and they're still presumed innocent when the trial is over if they're not convicted. But presumed innocent and truly innocent are completely different. Presumed innocent is a legal term... the word innocent has a much broader meaning including what is actually the truth. That's because in Canadian courts in a not guilty verdict... the judge, or jury, usually find there was not enough evidence to convict the accused beyond a reasonable doubt. In the U.S. OJ was cleared in criminal court, but convicted in civil court. So is he innocent or not? I have seen on occasion a judge say at the end of the trial that he/she/they "accepts the evidence of the accused completely," or in its "entirety." That's the closest I've seen to somebody being cleared.

Kissing is not a requirement for me, so I have never ever asked any boy in advance if that's what he will do, but occasionally, in the heat of the moment while in the room this may seem the natural progression of the one-hour romance. I can understand that. Completely agree, paborn. I am always filled with gratitude to the beautiful young men who are willing to be with me. Yes, it's for money. But I don't look down on people who sell their bodies for money, anybody who works for a living is basically doing the same thing, and are often forced to do things they don't like. There is so much hypocrisy and double standards. I've met straight guys on vacations who boast about finding women who will share their accommodation rent free with them in return for sex with the guy. Nobody looks down on them.

I am at the low end of expertise on this site when it comes to saunas, but the saunas I went to in Colombia are not like the saunas I've been to in Brazil. The Brazil saunas in the big cities had many young men looking for customers while the few saunas I went to Colombia had a masseur you could pay for extras or had one or two tops on call. The ones on call I spent time with all arrived in a relatively short period of time from when they got the call. So almost no choice, but they were all wonderful.

There were all kinds of dire predictions about what would happen in Canada when pot was legalized. They were all ridiculous as many people had been smoking since the 1970s and charging for possession of small amounts was rare in many parts of the country. Nevertheless, a criminal record is a criminal record, legalization was long overdue.

Abortion rights and same sex marriage are firmly planted in Canadian society and overall support remains high. The Catholic Church remains firmly against. The education department soon found a pointless desk job for the principal, but the Church promoted the bishop to a much bigger diocese. I notice this in Canada with social media making a big deal about protests and anti-protests attended by about a dozen people attacking and defending trans people and all of them arguably there only to get attention on social media. And unfortunately the trans people have become the lightning rod for all the different subsets of people who hate homosexuals, immigrants, women.... basically anybody who they can blame for their own unsuccessful lives or insecurity. The great majority Canadians continue to dislike confrontation in society and prefer to mind their own business despite their own personal likes and dislikes.
