There is various sightseeing in and around (most you can get elsewhere: temples, mountains, caves), as a pretext and daytime activity for me to go again.
Boy-wise, it went like this: I had a good time with A, so I went again to meet him and do sightseeing.
However, A failed to show up, so I went online and met B and had such a good time, that I went again a few months later to meet B.
However, B failed to show up, so I went online and met C and had such a good time, that I went again a few months later to meet C.
However, neither A nor B nor C were available, so I met D (now a drop in quality, not worth going for D, and anyway Covid put an end).

I brought popper to almost everywhere I travelled,  never have a problem but usually only 1-2 bottle

In february/march I will go to pattaya and I will stay in Jomtien (The Agate hotel).
I want to rent a bike or e-bike (not a motorbike!).
Does anyone know a nearby shop where I can rent a bike or e-bike? 

Yes, I did stay in Welcome world beach resort. It is a nice hotel and the more expensive rooms have seaview. But..... they make a problem with joiners, if they are not Thai. If they have f.e an overstay, they will not be allowed. For that reason last november I changed to Agate hotel in de Jomtien complex. No seaview but a very friendly joiner policy. They make not a problem at all. And the rooms are ok!

Is there a different rate for cash/ATM?
Do all the ATM's have the same rate or is there any difference?
And for cash, where are the best rates in Bangkok/Pattaya?

I just moved to Jomtien from Europe as a new retiree.
BOLT is an easy to use transportation app.  It amalgamates various transportation options and displays them to you.
You open it up and it displays where you currently are and then you just type in where you want to go and then it displays the prices for the various types of available transportation methodologies and their related price.
In the below example I was shown 3 options:
Economy - usually relates to a private person's personal car,
Taxi - is a bonafide Taxi - I choose this option when I am returning from a shopping trip - like to Tukcom, Big C, HomePro, etc. and I need space to carry all of the goods that I just bought for my new flat. The genuine taxis, especially the yellow/blue ones tend to be very large with lots of storage space.
Motor - a motorbike taxi.  This option tends to be the cheapest and most adventurous.
BOLT is very popular in Budapest - where I moved from - but in Hungary - there are many payment options - such as from your personal bank account, credit/debit card, or cash.  Unfortunately, the BOLT that exists here in Pattaya/Jomtien only has the CASH option for payment - so keep some100 note bills around for payment.

From Phuket ..and he mention that he needed to earn money badly for whatever reason I can't recall ..anyway after few drink I had the courage to propose to him that he spend the night over with me and i will pay him.  It took him awhile to said yes ..and without wasting time we finish our drink and walk back to my room. . 
 
I took off his shirt the moment I closed the door and I was sooo super excited to see a solid 6 packs ..wow ..he was perfect..young . Super fit and super handsome.. Adams Apple and Circle Pub are the boy bars in town - both open around 9.00 - 9.30 and close at midnight. Last week Adams had 8 boys on stage with 4 presenting shows before circulating amongst the 9 customers to collect tips. Circle has fewer boys with a show starting around 10 .30. Both locations are on Facebook.  Some boys can be taken off from each place. Ram Bar in Soi 6 in the night market has a popular cabaret. Also in Soi 6 is Orion Bar which has a few boys who will sit with you to drink and so earn tips. There are many host bars in Chiang Mai including Maya, Route 181, FinFin, Barocco, Maximo, Meeting, Monkey Club, G2K - most are mixed venues that tend to kick off after midnight. The Apps Hornet, Grindr and Blue'd are usually busy. Not sure what massage shops are open - Classic House near Thapae Gate I know is open and is usually popular. Other venues are House of Male and Club One Seven ( sauna , pool) - not been to either so unaware of their status

I was in Pattaya during July and had an enjoyable time having a boy in my bed most nights. Getting to Sunee was no problem by walking or taking a motor bike taxi, where I offed boys from Winner, taking them back to Boystown where I had a nice stay in the Ambiance. Bringing boys there from The Complex was also easy, helped by the quieter roads in that period. As you mentioned checking the websites Romeo and Grindr produced good results.
