I can't really understand that. I can't really ejaculate more than once a day. If I get super turned-on, I can probably orgasm several hours later, but nothing, or only drops will come out, and the orgasm therefore isn't that satisfying for me. In fact, for me to have a really great orgasm, I have to leave 2 days between orgasms (though I can have a perfectly acceptable one every 24 hours). What about you? Can you do it multiple times a day? Does much come out if you're not rested? Is it really satisfying if you do it multiple times a day? You are describing my pattern exactly, though I haven’t assessed semen volume differential because I don’t customarily masturbate more than once a day or more. I just find that I coast on a pleasurable orgasm for a day or more before sexual desire ramps up again to pursue the full sexual response cycle, though I may spend time structuring erotica, with clear physiological arousal accompanying this, to utilize at the subsequent self-pleasuring to completion. I don’t pursue an orgasm interactively more than once a day when travelling to curated trade settings. The first is best, but they're all good. The Wellbutrin I take seems to have really helped me on that front after a late life ADHD diagnosis. Anxiety medication reduces sex drive, I found, or at least ability to cum. Erections, no problem, interestingly, can still have multiple erections. I think the biggest change for me was getting very serious about exercise and weight loss. As I got healthier, my ability to perform increased. I do high intensity interval training with a personal trainer 3x a week. I'm lying in a pool of my own sweat when I finish because he pushes me HARD. The results, however, show. But, I know that suffering is critical to maintaining my health after too many years of neglect so I keep at it.
