AOT looks to shift low-cost carriers: Airports of Thailand (AOT) will soon propose to the revenue subcommittee the plan to reopen Don Mueang as an international airport for low-cost airlines, as part of its plan to raise revenue. Short time Issan style Travelling around the North East last weekend I noticed many complexes with small bungalows inside. The complexes were named as ‘Resorts’ but further information from my boyfriend suggested that these were ‘short time ‘rooms for locals. There seem to be many around when I looked. I was at BHP this morning for my quartely visit to my cardiologist. After taking blood, there is usually a 45 minute wait for the results before I see the Doctor. Since one must fast before the blood test, I usually spend the wait time at Au Bon Pain (coffee and pastry or cookie). While I was waiting, there were two Thai technicians hooking up two computer stations (desk top, LCD panel) with a sign that says "complementary."
