I tipped a Lucky Boys mamasan 1000 baht and I gave them in the form of a garland in June! Not to boost my self-esteem but in the hope that he will go out with me in December when I visit again!

I took a screenshot of Numaza’s Freshboys video montage so that I could pore over the photo of the boys and try to identify who he offed!

A few observations: (1) never had a dud from Freshboys; (2) this was among the best trip report segments I’ve read. If there was a TR Hall of Fame, Numazu and a handful of others would be enshrined (and we all know who they are).
 

The scene just before closing in the bar was vivid in its description. The last chance for an off yet they all rallied to the mamasan’s clarion call while knowing the odds were against them. Just another reason why these guys are all special and the “model” category becomes increasingly meaningless as the night goes on.

I don't know whom numazu picked but if I was one to  choose  my first choice would be guy on the very right in the bottom row and second choice would be second guy from the left , also in bottom row, both in those red thingies

I must say Numazu is pretty IT-savvy. He is able to download videos from Facebook.

Happy that your 3-some fun went off well. I tried it twice on two different trips and it didn’t work. Always one guy would end up being the unwilling one to go further.

From my experience 3-some with guys from the same bar will work only if they came up with that idea, not me. Otherwise it's better to pick up one guy and have him select guy from another bar but obviously numazu used some charm or potion and it worked well for him  (and a guys )

I remember well you did that and seeing a picture of it. I thought it was so sweet of you. But then again, so is he, really REALLY sweet boy indeed. You sure had a great time with him in the bar, so did I the times I had the pleasure of joining you  

I've been to LB a couple of times or so with other members in recent weeks, but I haven't seen him. But I didn't actively look out for him, so dunno if he is still there or not.

Which is the best bar for twinks in Bangkok now ?       Slim smooth tattoo free type.

Back in the Soi Twilight days, it used to be Classic Boys or Fresh Boys, with Fresh Boys getting my vote last year.     

Now the bars have all moved to Patpong, presumably I need to look at Fresh Boys, Lucky Boys and Screw Boys.

Hot Male wasn’t a twink haven last week. Lots of mature guys most with tattoos.  Many of the Hot Male twinks seem to have migrated / transferred to Banana as has at least one of the mamasans.  Hot Male outside bar has twink hosts

It's not that hard to download FB and YouTube vidoes. I downloaded them because it is ahrd to embed the FB ones in this website.

I've done threesomes in Thailand pretty extensively, and a traveling 4 some in Cambodia (see my trip reports). This is the first time I "forced" the threesome onto unsuspecting boys. When I asked the two for a drink, they thought I was just going to pick one from the two, so they were really surprised, including the mamasan, when I said both.  It almost didn't work, the two boys never touched each other before I eventually persuaded them to. It's funny the straight and gay differences here in Thailand, versus in Brazil. In Thailand, not onl does straight and gay tell you the sexual orientation, but also the what the guy does in an off. In Brazil, a guy can be straight but that is different from what he will do with you in bed. I know some self confessed straights in Brazil who are champions in kissing and taking dicks (mine or a 2nd Brazilian hung boy). I had to remember that straight here means no kissing, no sucking, no bottoming, and sometimes, no fun.

Day 2: You’ll pay for it one way or another

To have a perfect Gogo Boy weekend, I mainly had two things going against me: jet lag and time wasters. The former was brutal, as @vinapumentioned it, jet lag is worse on the 2nd and/or 3rd day, and I was feeling it when I woke up at 9:45 AM today. How I wish I could stay in bed. But Bangkok doesn’t stop for anyone, even if I just close the drapes and hide from it for a while. The choice always is, no matter how tired you are, a nice warm shower, a cup of coffee, and the smiles of cute boys will perk anyone right up.

The second, time wasters, is still a good thing  for me, exceot if time is very valuable. Since I came all this way to see gogos, I need every minute I have to off boys and visit clubs and get massages. The time wasters include video chats with the BF, who is worried that I may never leave Bangkok. And this also includes my day time date for today, a date with a free Taiwanese boy who lives in New Zealand who I began chatting with on Grindr on the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. Continuing the messages on Whatsapp, we decided on meeting this morning and to go to a shopping mall together, and if all goes well, some indoor action as well. I am hoping this ends sometime in the afternoon so I can go to Arena to get a massage before heading over to Patpong 2 to meet with more forum members.

That was the plan anyway. Executing it in real life was a different matter.

We planned on meeting for breakfast. Since I had that extra seat for free breakfast at the Crowne Plaza, I offered to have him  come over and have breakfast with me. I head over to the buffet on the 23rd floor to get started:

While I was heaping my plate with all the farang-style bacon I can stand, I see him, sauntering through the dining hall, looking for me. I quickly unload some of the bacon from my plate, since I didn’t want him to see how much of a pig I was. I set my plate down and waved him over. He asked for coffee from the waiters, and then I invited him to get his food.

He was super cute. 25 but looks younger. He was wearing a t-shirt with the sleeves cut off to reveal some arm definition. He was shorter than I am, very compact. Very cute face. As we sat down to eat, he talked with this really interesting jumbled kiwi and taiwanese accented english. I told myself, if anything else, he would be good conversation and a nice companion to go shopping with. He made his other intentions known though, when after breakfast I asked if we should take an Grab Taxi or take public transportation to the shopping mall. He said, “I want to see your room first if you don’t mind.” Well, of course. I am the host after all. It would be rude if I didn’t show him around first (wink wink).

The sex was fine. All bottom, which was a shame considering he had respectable tool to work with it. Left me all sorts of hickies (love marks), as per the case for me in Thailand. Gave me a bruise on my right side when he was trying a sexy move on me. I could see worse things to do on a typical Bangkok day.

Oh, and we did manage to do some shopping. Thanks to the recommendations of @vinapu, @ggobkk, @reader and @spoon, the boy and I went to the new mall ICONSIAM. He used his Grab App (120 baht). After visiting the usual mall type shops, we went over to the first floor, which had impressive decor and displays, and even had a “Muay Thai” type show:

When we got back to the hotel with our shopping bags in tow, came more sex, and by more sex I mean more naked rolling around in bed, cracking open some beers, and lots of talk. Despite him being a very interesting and sexy lad, who I wouldn’t hanging out with more, I had other plans today. I already gave up on going to Arena, and when 8 PM came, I had to kick him out. I told him I had dinner plans with friends, which was true, if dinner consisted of a welcome drink at Lucky Boys. And it was with friends. I was meeting forum members.

I tried to nap for 30 minutes but to no avail. I gave up and made myself some coffee and a rejuvenating shower, and headed over to Patpong 2 to meet up with @ggobkk and @anddy.

I’ve met both members before, and both are always friendly and eager tour guides for me. They were both sitting on the setee at that “bar” at Fresh Boy. This “bar” is turning out the be the meeting place dujour for GayThailand members. We should all invest on building this bar up into a place where there are more comfortable chairs/couches, with music playing at a level where you can have a decent conversation with the members, to give out advice and tips about where to go and what to do, as well as the latest gossip on boys and offs. There will be Viets for @paulsf and @reader, Mr Babe for @ggobkk, Mr Nut for @vinapu, hairless wonders for @anddy, and anyone who has a pulse for me.

Seriously though, let’s start this bar.

So anddy and ggobkk and I update each other of previous activities, and boys and plans for the night. @ggobkk has already started with a Viet waiter in his hand. Saw,, the bar boy chastises me again with my water order (“Beer better na”) even if I desperately needed it after constantly making out with a boy for a good part of 9 hours. It was getting close to 10 and we needed to pick a bar to see a show at. The consensus was Lucky Boys, the new and improved boy bar in Patpong 2. 

Was Lucky Boys a former bar in Twilight? I am not certain. But this fairly humble exterior belies the very spacious interior:

And then inside, it was pretty spacious and alluring. All three of us were seated in the middle sofa, right smack dab in the middle of the action, directly in front of the boys. @anddy and @ggobkk sat on either ends of me. A @numazu sandwich. After our drink orders were taken, the attention now were at the boys. This bar has a shit-ton of them. 50 at least were onstage. Maybe more. One by one they formed a line, and then tried their best to look enticing, or at least interested, in the proceedings. A sample from their website:

There has something to be said of having 60 cute boys in their underwear onstage at one time. Only in Bangkok.  There was almost too many boys, if that’s at all possible. It was hard to discern one boy from another. I spot one boy to the right of me, making eye contact, looking cute. And then a split second later I see another boy at the center, looking cute as well. And then another, and another. Pretty soon I had a long mental list of boys I could see myself offing, but not choosing anyone yet.

I Lined @reader that we were all in Lucky Boys. He congratulated us on our choice, and gave me a boy recommendation, including the boy’s number. I tried in vain to look for him but he wasn’t there. I Lined @reader back that I could not see him. @reader’s response:

All three of us now were talking about who was cute among the boys and some backstory if there was one. @anddy drew first blood. Upon @ggobkk’s recommendation, he asked this good looking darker skinned boy to join and sit with him. He was young, had a nice lean frame, and was really handsome. He had a swagger to him. He joined @anddy to his left. Pretty @ggobkk called on a boy of his own, another darker skinned beauty seated to his right.

At this point the mamasan was looking at me. “For you?” he asks me with arms stretching out to the boys. There were a lot of boys. And there were two who were openly waving at me, winking at me, smiling at me, trying to get my attention. I felt embarrassed by the attention, like in a Pepe le Pew cartoon. I looked at the boys on the stage. It was hard for me to choose just one. In Moonlight, picking MoonBoy, it was obvious for me to pick him because there were only a few to choose from. Here, there were almost too many to choose from. Which led to indecisiveness, which led to pressure, which led to me not picking anyone at all.

I am not knocking Lucky Boys at all. It is a great bar. And you will see in a future post I will go back here and declare victory.

So I was just alone here while @anddy humped his guy, and @ggobkk made nice with his. Onstage, the two gogos were still tying to wave at me for my attention. If they had flags they’d be twirling them at me right now. It was almost shot time and @anddy suggested that since I was not finding what I wanted in this bar, we should all go to another boy and try my luck there. If we leave now, we can still check out the show at another bar. So we settle our bills, me with my lonely one drink, anddy with a drink and his boy’s, ggobkk the same. And we were off.

That's what I thought, but the video doesn't seem to include any of the less bulky cute twinks that could be found in Classic Boys.

1    Back row 5 from left

2    Back row, 3 from right

3    Front row, 2 from left.     Remarkably there seems to be a small part of the venn diagram where our tastes overlap !
