Anyone wants to meet up? (-:

  2. Started by Novarunner,

I have only two nights in BKK on an upcoming business trip. I had planned to spend them with past favorites but have become oddly obsessed with our friend in the red sarong. Has anybody actually spent quality time with him? Is he worth altering my plans for at this late date?

Anyone interested to join a Line group where members can share latest info on the gogo bars and boys?

  4. Started by dankfq,

I only spent 2 nights in Bangkok this time round (first night and last night), as my main focus was the Yee Peng Lantern Festival in Chiang Mai (highly recommended!) As mentioned in the Moonlight thread, my first night was spent at Moonlight, followed by off-ing a Vietnamese hunk from Lucky Boys. So, on the last night, I decided to start bar-hopping earlier at 9pm. First stop was the “seedy trio bars” (Golden Cock, New Nature Boy, Super A) near Tawan. That alley was REALLY quiet, but Golden Cock was the easiest to locate (if you walk past Tawan and turn right). There were 2 boys sitting outside Golden Cock having their dinner, and they seemed surp…

For those interested also in sightseeing between bouts of debauchery, I recommend 4 sites which are beyond the main tourist destinations. For discriptions-explanations, please google. I'll make do with hopefully-enticing photos. [I wanted to post 30 of them, but I found out each one has to be uploaded separately, so I'll make do with only 1 of each site. If any of you are interested, I'll gladly whatsapp more photos.] The first 2 are in BKK, not too far from Silom: Jim Thompson's, and very close to it - the free Culture and Art Center. The other 2 require riding south: Erawan Shrine-Museum, and Ancient City - a huge open air museum of traditional Thai archi…

Hi Guys, It's my impression forum members flock to Bangcock according to tourism seasons. If that's true, why is it so? I mean, doing these bar/club rounds isn't supposed to be impacted by weather or other touristic factors..... What ARE the high and low seasons for Thailand and for gaytown? When do I get the best chance of meeting most of you - Screwed, Lucky, Dreamy and Fresh?

Hi All, I had no intention of responding to criticisms regarding my reports, because they were posted by holier-than-thou self-appointed PC purists. I changed my mind after reading those who rose to defend me - Jasper, Vinapu, Daydreamer (thank you guys!). They reminded me there are some here (too many?), who avoid posting at all or mentioning certain things, in order not to incur the wrath of these censors. Guys.....ignore them!!! What do you care if others criticize or attack what you had posted, in an impolite, rude, elitist, condescending, self-absorbed and/or contrary manner? Even if you would care under normal circumstances, here your anonymity is a foolpr…

Hello, new member here, though I have been lurking off and on for a few months. I have visited Bangkok a few times in the past and am familiar with the bricks and mortar places. My last, short, visit was in June this year, which was the first time I explored the possibility of online dating. What a nice word though, to be frank, I was looking to hire mb (I believe it means 'moneyboy') given that I am no spring chicken. My 'research' failed miserably. I didn't succeed in making any contact, for a number of reasons which should become clear below. As I will be stepping down from a full-time position to a part-time contract next year, I expect to have more time (but les…

  9. Another round of apologies are in order. I started this thread last June, asking for opinions about whether to go to Bangkok or Pattaya if one only had 4 nights: https://www.gayguides.com/forums/topic/12400-bangkok-or-pattaya-an-long-time-poster-asks-for-advice/ It turned out that I had to cancel the trip, and all my planning was all for naught, and I wasn't able to reply to the messages in the post, because of work things and I immediately booked a trip to Brazil to satisfy my blue balls. Many many trips to Brazil later, I still have my hunger for Thailand. The last time I have been there was June 2018. While that may only have been last year, I would remind p…

On Sunday night I faced the eternal dilema: go back to a good place (Dreamboys), or try a new one? In such situations I let the cosmus decide, this time embodied by NewScene. He suggested we try out LuckyBoys. I got there before time and before him, sat at the back and looked at the stage. The boys were standing in 5 rows, 5 in each; every minute the front guy would move to the back. They were all apathetic just as in ML the night before, and none of them appealed to me. NS texted me from outside, and when I reported - he suggested we move to FreshBoys. MUCH smaller place, almost intimate. More explicit porn numbers, but none of the boys were for me. The mamasan…

Hi Guys, Haven't had time yet to post my reports; just a quick note about something that might be helpful, and I haven't seen mentioned. At the entrance to Moonlight there's a stack of folded flyers, with listings and a map. Should be useful for the uninitiated. FYI

Though it's of course superfluous, I'll state the obvious: PLEASE don't read into this and next report any criticism or condesendance or judgementalism toward any club or boy or anyone else for that member. These are my subjective impressions, tastes and preferences. On Saturday night decided to start the adventure at Moonlight, given its reputation and 3 names of big-cock boys. Arrived intentionally early, round 9; NewScene texted he'll join me at 9:30. Boys were rotating on stage, looking bored-tired and indifferent. None tried to vie for attention. The thing that most striked me was the way too high music volume; I couldn't understand the mamasan, thou…

Hi all, So one of my favourite things to do when I visit foreign countries (apart from, ahem, tasting the local delicacies, to put it mildly) is to eat! So I'm just wondering what your favourite places to eat are, around the general Patpong area (I noticed quite a lot of Japanese restaurants on google maps), and also in the Jomtien Complex. I'll be staying at Raya and Zing. Cheers!

Touchdown was Friday 14:20, 40 minutes ahead of time - that's a first! Decided to go with the minority recommendation. In taxi at 15:15, at hotel - 16:20. 525 baht including surcharge and tolls. Tarntawan is a basic hotel, quite adequate, no luxury, offers room service (which I didn't use), perfectly located, $70 per night through Agoda. Yesterday I asked around for a possible stay in Dec, since I'll probably have to cancel HK. Baht per night: Tarntawan - 2200 Siam Heritage - 2300 Tawana - 3300 Le Meridien - 7000 !!!!!!! TBC

Friday 16:00 emerging from airport. What's the fastest mode of transportation to Tarntawan hotel? Taxi, or Air Link to Phaya-Thai/Makkasan stations? Which station is better? Are there taxis at these stations, with which to continue on to the hotel? While on the subject of transportation: According to Google results there's no Uber; right? I intend to visit 3 sites south of the city: Erawan Museum, Wat Asokaram, Ancient City open-air museum. Are there taxis on hand to ride from one point to another? Thanks (-:

Does anyone know what has happened to Luk at up2 hair? His salon closed at the start of this month, shortly after the closure of Purple Dragon next door. I have used Luck and earlier his brother Gun since Amnuay closed his Summer Rain Salon some years ago. I'd love to know where Luk is working now.

From CNN Bangkok (CNN) — After years of delays and much debate, it's finally happening. Bullet trains are coming to Thailand. With one project under construction, another approved and others being considered, many in the country are questioning whether high-speed rail (HSR) will be the right fit for the country. "This is going to be a big change for Thailand," says Thanet Sorat, an adviser to Thailand's Senate Committee on Transportation, vice president of shipping company, V-Serve, and president of the Thai Authorized Customs Brokers Association. He hopes to see sleek trains pinballing around the country at 155 mph (250 kph) within f…

  18. Between Moonlight in the north and Jupiter in the south, there are at least 10 off-bars discussed in this forum. What about massage parlours? Are Arena and Senso the only ones? No places worth noting closer to the center of action? I'm looking for: a clean place with decent showers; service to include massage + at least two way body contact and oral; open in the mornings. I'd appreciate any and all guidance: recommendations and warnings. Thanks (-:

Hi Guys, Rather belatedly I found out that a list i had prepared 10 years ago is lost. eyond "sa moke", I don't remember anything. Didn't find anything in google. Could someone please direct me to a useful source? Thanks (-:

Do they know/care we exchange info about them outside the bars? Is it ok to tell them "I was told or I read that you ..... (something positive or negative)"? Are they interested, or would they be interested, to use such a forum for PR? Any chance some are eavesdropping? (-:

  21. I don't know if there's any interest for this type of post on this forum. I understand how some are very defensive when it comes to Thailand and take offence to anyone comparing Thailand to another destination. This post is not a Thailand bashing post, its a post about a long time Thailand tourist giving Brazil a try. After many years of visiting Thailand and reading travel reports of people who not only visited Thailand but other exotic destinations, I felt it was time for me to try another place. I could not decide right away if I was going to visit Mexico or Brazil but after reading newspapers, TripAdvisor reports, and trip reports on boytoy.com. I decided …

Haven't come across any reports on pickpockets, even though in crowded bars - when horniness trunphs watchfullness - it's to be expected. Is there really no such problem?
