  2. I think the Thai Ministry of Tourism should toss this forum a commission for all the spur-of-the-moment trips it inspires. I mean, who wouldn't feel a twinge of envy and rush to book a trip after scrolling through those Thailand adventures and tips written here? So, there I was, bitten by the travel bug, and voila! ------ found myself booking an unplanned trip to the land of smiles. Touching down in Bangkok after a longer than usual stopover in Taiwan, I braced myself for the infamous immigration snake lines. But despite the full queues, every counter was promptly manned, and I breezed through. Maybe because cause of the build up in immigration, baggage claim took less than a minute, thanks to my luck and eagle eyes spotting my luggage as soon as I approached the carousel. Sorted out some cash and a SIM card, then off to my pre-booked pickup. As I got whisked off from my pickup point, I was hit with that warm, unmistakable Bangkok air, making me buzz with excitement and giddiness for the adventures ahead. Hotel check-in was expected to be a breeze, yet I found myself low-key panicking as my card repeatedly acted up declining the transaction. It finally dawned on me that I had forgotten to adjust the low maximum spend setting—a habit whenever I travel. The allocated room seemed reasonable initially, but its issues became apparent later. After showering off my jetlag, I hailed a taxi for my pre-booked appointment at S'sense Spa in Suan Plu. Knott was still at the spa and appeared delighted to see me. Upon asking if he really remember me, he promptly identified me by removing my socks pointing at my ankle tattoo, a gesture that left me both shocked and impressed. The quality of my session with Knott, both massage and cheeky extras, remained consistently good as I remembered. This explains my choice of S'sense as my first stop—a reassuring and safe start to the trip, saving the fun experimentation, risks, and disappointments for later. Following purchase of supplies and stocking the fridge, jetlag began to rear its ugly head. Nevertheless, I resolved to push through and explore Silom. To my disappointment, Tawan remained shuttered, prompting me to wax nostalgic reminiscing nights spent there, particularly recalling that going to Tawan was my first foray into Silom nightlife. My first ever off was with Tawan's hunky Lek, given my hotel was close by (the now defunct Glitz). Although tempted to inquire about familiar faces nearby, shyness prevailed, fearing potential embarrassment if they were not from Tawan. I strolled towards Hotmale, noted a familiar performance and lineup except for a cute, smiling hunk whom I promptly invited to join me. He's from Myanmar and only been working there for four months. He has a very sweet and friendly demeanour. Being a rookie, he seems to be very dependent on translation apps. I typically don't mind language barriers, often finding them endearing and cute. But given my fatigue from travel and jetlag, I decided to listen to my body and give tonight a pass. I bid him farewell with a bit generous tip, sincerely promising to return. And that, folks, is how I ended up with no off on my first night in Bangkok!

  4. actually not much in terms of source as I generally rarely exchange contacts with guys from bars and massages and those few I have are placed fast in dormancy by the boys after unsuccessful quest for remote donation . And I'm not suicidal to ask because inevitably and in situation now, I venture to say understandably, request for money would follow. At the moment I'm not in position to help

  6. The decline in the Pattaya gay scene has been documented at length in these pages . So the question is whether it is an enjoyable place for gay men who enjoy the delights of Asian guys to visit for a short vacation or a long stay ? i am nearly at the end of two week stay and have very much enjoyed my visit. The two hotels I have used have been excellent, particularly the Classroom, on the edge of BT, where I stayed for my first week, moving on only because I prefer a resort hotel with a swimming pool in which I like to take exercise. Pattaya is still fantastic value for money, in respect of hotels, meals and of course boys. I’ve enjoyed the unbroken sunshine which has done a lot for my morale after 4 months of the British gloomy wet winter. I have used Grindr to make contact and whilst it has faults It did deliver 4 separate boys, who by and large I enjoyed in my bed. One I kept for two nights and visited with him the gay Dongtan beach plus bars during the day in between. I also offed two (twinks) from The Complex and one from Winner. Another gorgeous guy I met on a Bart bus in transit to Jomtien when he jumped on a short distance from commencement and gave me his telephone number. If I had more time I would certainly have made a side trip to Bangkok, and I expect to do that dusting my next visit later in the year.

    Black & White Club

The current reigning hot spot, the Black & White club is a sex club. This old building contains mazes, two dark rooms with slings, lots of low seating for those who need to be sat a low height for whatever reason, and a large outdoor smoking area with porn. They have a different dress code daily (shirts no underwear, jockstraps, boxers, etc.) The most popular day is Sunday which is totally nude. Saw lots of fucking and groups in every zone within the club, so there is no particular special room. Air conditioned with fans in all dark rooms is a nice touch for Cali. Crowed was quite young (25-35) with a few grey hairs around the space. Cali can be quite reserved so this was a nice surprise to find a straighforward gay fuck club. Open daily 3pm - 9pm (until 10pm for special events like the poster attached) Calle 14Norte #38 (the Phisicus Spa is around the corner on the same block) Tel +57 321 5068071 WhatsApp +57 318 574307 Twitter: @Bwhitecats_

  16. From The Star (photo credit: Laotian Times) VIENTIANE (Xinhua): The Lao government's efforts to submit its Hin Nam No National Protected Area to UNESCO's list of world heritage sites are one step closer to fulfillment following the agency's acceptance of the application dossier. In the near future, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage Center will conduct an on-site verification of the facts contained in the dossier and confirm the authenticity of the statements made in support of a world heritage listing, according to a report issued on Monday from Hin Nam No National Park's website. Hin Nam No National Protected Area is a natural marvel that spans an area of 94,121 hectares in southeastern Laos. This biodiverse and stunningly beautiful protected zone shelters some of the planet's most spectacular and mysterious biodiversity, and harbors an array of ecosystems, including pristine forests, majestic waterfalls, and intricate cave systems. The park is home to an incredible range of species, including rare and exotic birds, mammals, reptiles, and plants, and is home to several ethnic minority groups, with their unique traditions, customs, and ways of life. Laos currently has three world heritage sites, including the Plain of Jars in northern Laos' Xieng Khuang province, the Vat Phou temple complex in southern Laos' Champasak province, and the town of Luang Prabang in northern Laos' Luang Prabang province.

  17. There's a handful of guys I'll provide return date info to because I make it a point to see them every trip. With others I'm always non committal. I heartened to see that the shops covered in this thread appear to be regularly acquiring new staff. My short list for next trip gets a bit longer by the week. Most recent addition at One Spa was assigned number 0289.

  19. And only three kept countries managed to make a political decision to recognize the operation in Ukraine as genocide - they have no other choice: they are completely dependent on external funding from the US and the EU. Even in the unfriendly countries of the NATO bloc, where there is a large diaspora of Ukrainians - Canada and Poland, parliaments were unable to make the same political decision, because not everyone is ready to look like an idiot even for money.

  20. Propaganda and bullshit. Instead of scavenging in garbage dumps, you could just go to the ICC website and read the decision. https://www.icc-cpi.int/news/situation-ukraine-icc-judges-issue-arrest-warrants-against-vladimir-vladimirovich-putin-and There is no proof, because decision has been made by pre-trial chamber of ICC. Moreover, even in decision they use word "believe". This is a mockery of law and has nothing to do with justice. And there is no word "genocide. "Genocide" and Putin are linked together only in brains of propagandists. No one point of Rome statute what is mentioned in the decision of ICC about Putin is linked to genocide, which is article 6 of Rome statute and point (e) of article 25 https://www.icc-cpi.int/sites/default/files/RS-Eng.pdf

  21. Your great leader does not share your opinion. It has always been Russia. The terror was guided from Kremlin in 1930s, 40s, 50s and also in 2024 where he is sitting now. President Vladimir Putin has lamented the collapse of the Soviet Union three decades ago as the demise of what he called "historical Russia" and said the economic crisis that followed was so bad he was forced to moonlight as a taxi driver. "It was a disintegration of historical Russia under the name of the Soviet Union," Putin said of the 1991 breakup, in comments aired on Sunday as part of a documentary film called "Russia. New History", the RIA state news agency reported.

  24. I know I'm hard about you with facts, @EmmetK. But this one, I have to admit. You're right. There's just no question about it Right about now in 2016, Hillary was leading Trump by more than Trump is leading Biden. And she was about to open up a 10 point lead in May. Needless to say, there was nothing Trump could do to stop her landslide victory. But that's nothing compared to Carter's 10 point lead over Reagan in 1980. Granted, some worrywarts were saying the gap is closing. But they were wrong. Carter's 10 point lead only grew, and he won one of the most decisive victories in US history. How could Joe Biden ever close Trump's 1.7 % lead in the polls today? It's impossible! 😉

  26. I know facts abused you. And I know you have found comfort and succor among your MAGA friends, where facts are viewed as abusive. Donald Trump, father of abuse and rape and lies, of course cultivates this kind of environment. But what part of the elections in 2018, 2020, 2022, 2023, or 2024 suggest to you that most Americans vote against facts? I just don't see it. Sorry to repeat. But this will be repeated ad nauseum this Fall: Trump thinks crime is his ticket to get Independents to vote for him by being AGAINST Biden's "horrible" crime policies. That may change once we actually start having a debate. Independents are more likely to listen to facts than just rally behind either Biden or Trump. Lest you have dementia and forgot, @EmmetK, let's take a trip down memory lane. Trump tried to use crime to win in 2020. It didn't work. The most interesting comment in that brief dissection was Peter Emerson saying this is a very powerful ad. Because it plays to emotion and fear. And the two most powerful things you can scare people about are their safety, and their health. Emerson has worked on every Democratic Presidential campaign since 1972. You don't Joe Biden, who was first elected around then, has figured this out? It didn't work in 2020. I suspect part of the reason why is murder skyrocketed under Trump in 2020. Although I don't think anyone knew the annual 2020 murder yet in November 2020. But people did know crime and murder were out of control. I think it hurt Trump. Lichtman, who you dismiss, would agree with that. The riots and social unrest hurt Trump. What we know now is that murder rates went up 30 % in Trump's last year in power. And murder rates fell at least 12 % in Biden's last full year before the 2024 election. That ad said Biden would defund the police and make you less safe. There is more police funding, and less murder, under Biden than Trump. People are safer. Granted, those are facts, not fears. But if it didn't work in 2020, how is it supposed to work in 2024 when Biden has the facts even more on his side? I suspect that is why, if you listen carefully, Republicans are talking about immigration, not murder. They can't say murder rates skyrocketed when Joe Biden took over. Because they did the opposite. So all they can do is hope the 2024 election is about one woman being murdered by one immigrant. All the Democrats need to do is run some Reaganesque ad like from 1984, asking people why we would want to go back to what we had in 1980. Make it about murder rates in 2020, possibly profiling actual murder victims, and compare it to the murder rates in 2023. People may fear Biden. But they also may fear that if they bring back Trump, we'll have way more guns and way more murder. Just like we did in 2020. Emerson said your safety and your health are the two best emotional triggers. As bad as safety is for Trump, health is far worse. All Biden has to say is Trump tried very hard to take your health care and your health care protections away as POTUS. People know this is true. Even among the MAGA base, it was the thing that dropped Trump's approval rating to its lowest. Working class Whites (and Blacks, and Hispanics, and Asians) did not like that. All Biden has to keep repeating is that Trump has already said he will try again, if you let him. Biden will say he strengthened those protections, and wants to strengthen them more. Speaking of Reagan, that also worked very will in 2020. Just use Reagan's words against Trump again. It's even easier after what Trump did on Jan. 6th. Breaking cops' bones on Capitol Hill is not what Reagan meant when he talked about "the shining city on a hill". If out of control crime is you path to victory, that simply tells me why Trump is going to lose. We haven't even begun to compare Trump, the most job-killing President in US history, to Biden, the most job-creating President in US history.

They take out children, separating them from their parents. The United States places atomic weapons in various countries, constantly threatening to use them. The United States, through threats and blackmail, forces international organizations to engage in falsifications The USA is a country of lies, propaganda, censorship and genocide
