  2. Back in Bangkok for 5 nights. Got room in Raya. This time, I arranged to meet my regular Vietnam boy, Y; at the hotel reception. I wanted two card keys so I got him to sign in and the staff made a photocopy of his passport. Off we went to room and did some catching up. He just came back to Bangkok on Friday after an extended Tet celebrations in Vietnam. Y works at Freshboys Twilight. I surprise Y with a Vietnam Football jersey that I bought in Singapore. Vietnam won last year’s ASEAN Suzuki Cup; a bi-annual Football competition for the 10 ASEAN countries. Y is a big Football fan who watches Football and plays Football games on his handphone. He wears the Vietnam jersey an…

Hi All I'm just home from two weeks in Thailand I've been an avid reader of these forums since I started travelling to Thailand over 5 years ago, and it has been of enormous help to me! So I thought it was time to finally give something back. This is not a "full trip report" - no discussions of daily itineraries or offs - I've just written some general notes on the bars I visited on this recent trip. These comments / observations are based around my own experiences and preferences, and I'm sure there will be some disagreements and maybe some reiteration with other threads, but nonetheless, let me know your thoughts. Jupiter - I made three visits…

THAIVISA gives the impression that they do things to benefit expats. Some time ago I thought that I read in their publication that they intended to meet with Thai immigration to see if the situation concerning us could be improved. I wrote to them asking about this and this is the reply I got: Hello Thank you for contacting us. We've never been in discussions with how Thai immigration treat expats, or anyone else for that matter. …

Has anyone gotten one of these for a boy? I read somewhere it was possible. Would like to get a boy a card loaded up with 10-15k baht as a birthday present. He’s moving into late 20s and never had a credit card, even when he’s invited to travel by customers- it would be good for him to have one in case of emergencies.

A true surprise and delight yesterday. I was celebrating with friends and they wanted to try an authentic Greek restaurant in Bangkok. I was leery but went. I am so glad I did. The place was delightful. The food was amazing and the prices reasonable. It quickly became one of my favorite places in Bangkok. The baked Feta was amazing and the kabobs were incredible. We sampled 10 or so dishes together and every one of them was fantastic. If you are in this area, stop in and give them a try, parking above the place for those of us that drive. https://www.avrabkk.com/

Find it encouraging that government agencies are actively promoting gay tourism. Just hope that they don't lose sight of the fact that some come not only for headline events like the White Party, but many of us for the bars, massage shops and go-go's that have been the meat and potato venues bringing gay dollars to Thailand for decades. I appreciate the place the big events play in the greater scheme and acknowledge the role of apps in the evolving gay scene. Nevertheless I remain hopeful that there will continue to be a place--and a demand--for brick and mortar venues that will be displaced as commercial development moves ahead. Excerpts from The Nation (Jan. …

Hey all, So what is the food like in Bangkok? Is it safe to eat salad, what about ice cubes and ice cream, smoothies, etc.? I frequently go to Bali and it's a big nono for all of the above, even in the better restaurants and bars. Of course I would only brush my teeth with bottled water, firmly keep my mouth shut under the shower, etc ... but; would be nice to know I can have ice in my drinks and enjoy a salad. Thanks!

Was curious to how many have been to or are interested (or not) in Brasil. I LOVE Asia and Asians...however, Brasil has to be the best sex for both tops and bottoms in the world.... these guys are so passionate, not shy and come in all shapes, sizes and colors. I've met quite a few board members here (in Brasil) and on Boytoys....many guys here (Brasil) will comment that they are not into Asians (obvious size queens)....or guys in Asia that only think about Asia....weird. Both places are similar yet very different......

As a newbie to Bangkok, are there any bars open in the afternoon ? Last time I was there I had a few massages but it would be great to have a few beers in a boy bar. Any suggestions for some afternoon eye candy ?

Hey guys, How busy is BKK airport at night? I arrive at 22:20 and weighing up whether to get the 'Fast Track + transfer' service of First Class Bangkok or not. I'm flying Thai Airways, not sure if they have dedicated arrival terminals or not and if they are close to immigration. I am hoping to still get to Screwboys after landing and check-in to Le Meridien.

  20. Many of us has experience about Cialis, Viagra etc for better wood but has someone tried any testosterone products like Testogel or Androgel? Increased testolevels would mean increased sexual appetite. I have not tried as here where I live these products are under prescription and overpriced. Potential drawback of use of external testo is that your testicles stop producing testo because they sense there is enough in blood already. But they start producing again when one stops using testo. But external testo might cause hairloss too... I guess testoproducts are available in Thailand without prescription.

I've read that many of you prefer to go long time with the guys. This is a bit personal, but how many times on average do you get it on during the night/morning? Is about 2 or 3 average? Do Thai guys like to spoon/cuddle through the night? Do you eat breakfast together the next morning, or does he leave bright and early? Do you have any tips for protecting yourself if you go long time? Obviously you'd be more vulnerable while sleeping. Other than securing your cash in your safe, are there any tips or tricks that you'd like to share?

Jasper has a post in the Beer Bar that should be moved to the main forum. Due to the "difficulties" between them, Pakistan and India have shut down their airspace. Thai Airways has cancelled its flights to and from most of Europe and Russia. Other airlines are adjusting schedules and routings.

From Khaosod English (6 Feb.) Papers Please! BTS Cash Card Users Must Disclose Personal Info BANGKOK — Starting in nine days, commuters who pay their skytrain fares with top-up cards must give up their ID card numbers, email addresses and phone numbers to the system’s operator. Citing a clause in 20-year-old anti-money legislation, the BTS said its so-called Rabbit Cards could be used for illicit financial activities and therefore must be registered. The explanation didn’t fly on social media, where many suspected ulterior motives. “Starting this Feb. 15, when topping up cash or trips at BTS ticket offices and the Rabbit service center at BTS Siam stati…

Hello guys! I'm a new member in this forum and for the past 2-3 weeks have been lurking on the various exchanges here and I must say I'm very happy with the level of support the community has for the newbies and their questions. I have been to LOS back in 2015 but it was purely a touristy trip. I was with a group of friends and we had our days planned from dusk til dawn so I had no chance to try out any of the massage places. So fast forward to now and I will have a 5 day solo trip to Bangkok and I intend to try at least 3 of the places I've seen from the bkkmassages blog written by an esteemed member of this forum, as well as from travelgayasia website. Of th…

I know there's a thread somewhere on this forum that discusses tipping .... but for the life of me I can't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know it has been discussed briefly in my previous thread but there was a broader discussion elsewhere I'd like to know what you tip waiters, mamasans, boys who spend time with you, etc Cheers!
