when minimum tip is listed , unless boy himself raised issue by asking for more for doing this or that, that minimum is what is expected , even in higher rend places like Jey Spa. Not that they throw back bahts at you if you tip them more. If you are happy, specially if you think you will see boy again feel free to tip more to show he did good job. Not that is expected but you may buy better goodwill. Often 2nd encounters are more dynamic than first ones as both parties are more familiar with each other. But be warned , if you tip more , next time you will be expected to tip the same , improved formula amount. Boys have surprisingly good memory, even 1 year later they may quote you what you gave them last time, happened to me in January and I resorted to excuse ' last time I was rich, now I'm poor". I simplified my life and use VST (Vinapu Standard Tip ) in massages : for 1 hr session 1000 or minimum tip, whatever is higher, for 1.5 hr session 1500 or minimum , again whatever is higher. I'm inclined to throw money around , if only to soothe boys stress after encountering stingy farangs but very rarely on 1st session.

  2. One Spa is now offering four long stay (12-24 hours) rooms for rent. The prices range from 300 to 500 for 12 hours and 600 to 1,000 for 24 hours. Rooms located on fourth, fifth and sixth floors.

  3. Thank you for the clip, Listening it I thought to myself , it doesn't start well if president of country who recently ordered his troops to attack his neighbor mourns loss of lives of innocent children. I don't support neither terrorism and genocide nor aggressive wars to satisfy dreams about past imperial glory. I'm just pointing that Russia identifies her enemies incorrectly and that is a reason is vulnerable to attacks like recent. War in Ukraine causes daily gigantically higher loss of Russian lives that that attack in Moscow and it would be good if Russian society started to count those . As for propaganda I got excellent , life lasting, vaccination being present in USSR in the last week of April 1986, far from both Chernobyl and truth.

Personally, I feel that it might be a little more affordable but not that far apart. And like @floridarob mentioned, there's no gay gogo bars like those in Thailand but the apps are full of guys offering their services. The rates are generally cheaper compared to Thailand, with the few exceptions. Jakarta city might not have much in terms of tourist attractions but the food/cafe scene is better than Bangkok, for me at least. I do alternate between Thailand and Indonesia often, just for a change in scenery (and types of guys I'm looking for).

  8. Putin is unusually reserved because he dismissed warnings from US that attack was imminent, including specific mention of a concert venue. In other words he is embarrassed that he didn't act. Not unlike Netanyahu who failed to take seriously US warning of Oct. 6 attacks by Hamas.

  11. which is both curse and blessing. On apps we have an access to much wider choice but until ,it knocks into our door we don't know what we will get, just like any other kind of internet shopping. Face to face meeting brings limited choice but we can see and feel fabric immediately with added bonus of rubbing elbows with other shoppers , which itself may be either good or bad thing.

Surely "Bipaulm" is now in a position, OP having received the wisdom of the forum in response to his queries, to do a trip report? Note to Bipaulm, just because it was your first trip don't be discouraged from reporting back. It's always good to read another experience/point of view.

  14. From Pattaya Mail The Thai government has made it a priority to tackle the notable rise in criminal activities by foreigners, which has negatively impacted the nation’s tourism reputation. In response, Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin has instructed the Royal Thai Police (RTP) to devise strategies and enforce measures to surveil and apprehend foreign lawbreakers. The RTP recently convened meetings to strategize and execute initiatives against foreign offenders, with a focus on the Phuket Provincial Police Region. Since October 1st, 2023, police efforts have led to 614 arrests for a variety of crimes, including illegal employment and offenses related to sex. Addressing crimes committed by foreigners is of paramount importance to the Royal Thai Police, with significant cases being referred to the Immigration Bureau for potential visa cancellation. Furthermore, comprehensive operations have been launched to eradicate such criminal activities, aiming to refurbish the tourism sector’s image and bolster the security perception among visitors. 16. After a rather long pandemic-related break, I visited Bali again in December 2023 - January 2024. Here are my findings - I'll try to keep them factual, succinct, and to the point. A. General picture of how Bali looks like now. The pandemic has had a devastating effect on them. Pretty much every single restaurant and place of business I remember from before the pandemic is not there anymore. Up-market places (e.g. Bambu, Mauri - these are restaurants if you wonder) are still going strong but they are more an exception to the rule than the rule. December and January are supposed to be high season there (well, not exactly because of the rain season, but still, this is one of the busiest periods there, normally). This year, the average occupancy in Seminyak in December was 37% only. It went up to about 75% around Christmas and New Year but went back to well below 40% immediately after. The locals are worried: they claim they'd had an amazing summer with tourist numbers being much higher than normal but from October onwards, it suddenly went all quiet yet again. To give you a practical example: normally, it takes about an hour to get to/from the airport to/from my hotel in Seminyak. This time, the drive was only 30 minutes. The absence of the usual tourists is very much palpable: the usual Australians are not there anymore and the influx of the Russians and the Chinese still cannot compensate for it. B. The scene and the entertainment sector. Apparently, Seminyak is not the centre of nightlife and entertainment anymore. For some inexplicable reason, it all has moved up to Canggu. Nobody understands why. I've never seen Potato Head and Ku De Ta half-empty - they are now. Even Finns (a beach club 'up north' from Seminyak) is going out of fashion now. I am not a party person and I strongly dislike clubs. I can only report that the good old Seminyak places are still there (MixWell, BaliJoe, etc) but they are less crowded than before. To be fair, I've NEVER been inside any of them, so I can judge only by the look from the outside. The good old 'spas' are still there as well - the Banana Spa, Elegantz, Adam's Apple etc - but they look very sad these days: I had to pass by the Banana Spa entrance several times over 3-4 weeks, and I've never seen any sign of activity at all. I wasn't tempted to sample the offers in any of the usual places (see the list above): they all have the look of abandonment and desperation. Connoisseurs of Bali (or just the readers of my earlier reviews) might remember the reports about M Spa at the heart of Seminyak, just next to Ku De Ta, The Seminyak hotel and the flea market, that was closed for good in 2019. It had been an iconic establishment there for many decades but, as I've been told this time, everything had changed when the owner of the premises Paul (some might still remember that the building M Spa was based at was called The Paul's Place) died in late 2018 - early 2019. The heirs had no interest in retaining his property business and all his properties were put on sale immediately. Sadly, M Spa couldn't secure the necessary funds to keep The Paul's Place to themselves and they had to vacate the premises. They have been refurbished and yet another faceless and completely empty (I've passed by them daily and have never seen a single pundit there) generic massage parlour is operating there now (girls offering foot massage). I don't think it will survive. C. The business. I relied solely on the apps, this time. Interestingly, the most popular app over there is still Grindr. Hornet is almost unheard of. Scruff is still reasonably popular but Growlr, which used to be used quite extensively, isn't anymore. Jack'd is a waste of space. All of the apps work perfectly well via a VPN and, bizarrely, for days in a row without any VPN whatsoever. Here is what the menu in December 2023 - January 2024 looked like. A massage (we are talking massage, not 'massage') might have cost you as little as IDR 85k and up to IDR 200k (at the time, US$1 = IDR 15k approx). As usual, there was no correlation (either direct or reverse) between the cost of the service and its quality. A massage session with extras would be IDR 400k - IDR 750k. Again, there was no correlation (either direct or reverse) between the price and the quality of the service. To be clear - we are talking outcalls here (i.e. the 'masseur' will visit you at your hotel). - service providers. Before the pandemic, almost all service providers were either Balinese or Javanese. It's not like that anymore: during my 3 and a-half week stay there, I encountered this time a much wider range of service providers: Sulawesi, West New Guinea, Borneo, Bali, Java. Many of those were employees at Adam's Apple, Elegantz, Banana Spa before but decided to go freelance. - massage. Generally, the quality has deteriorated (we are talking massage rather than 'massage' here). These days, even if you request a Swedish or a deep tissue session, it will inevitably transform into a Balinese massage session when you are massaged by an elbow and a forearm, mostly. Before the pandemic, if I asked for a deep tissue, I'd get it (not necessarily of a good quality). These days, it is Balinese only, even if you ask for something else. This was my major disappointment. Even in (expensive) hotels, you ask for a deep tissue massage and end up with 'forearm and elbow' in the end. - service quality, customer service and product stewardship. Generally, it still remains high. Unfortunately, the hard times do influence the quality though. Before the pandemic, I couldn't have imagined a conversation like that: "Sir, could you give me IDR 800k now and I promise I'll give you a free massage tomorrow?" Bali used to be one of the very few places where conversations like that had been unthinkable - sadly, not anymore. - individual reviews. = A Sulawesi guy, early 30s, former employee of Adam's Apple, Elegantz and Banana Spa. IDR 400k for the job (massage + extras). Massage was very mediocre: not enough pressure, poor technique, slipped into 'forearm and elbow' almost immediately. The endowment was small, didn't perform well, asked for IDR 800k as an advance payment for a free massage afterwards (obviously, he didn't get the money). I didn't contact him again. = A Balinese guy, mid-30s, a spa worker (a regular hotel spa, not a gay spa). IDR 750k for the job. Exceedingly good massage but did slip into 'forearm and elbow', eventually. The endowment was average but very good fucking technique, genuine passion. Met twice. = A Balinese gay, early 40s, IDR 700k for the job. Very good massage, didn't slip into 'forearm and elbow'. The endowment was huge by local standards (i.e. average European), outstanding fucking technique and genuine passion (I came hands-free). Met him 4 times. = A West New Guinea guy, late 20s. Free service (see below). Average massage, a rather small endowment but great genuine passion and very good technique. Met him 3 times. = A Javanese guy, late 30s. Free service (see below). No massage, average endowment but great genuine passion and very good technique. Met him once. = A Borneo guy, mid-40s. IDR 600k. Very good massage, didn't slip into 'forearm and elbow'. The endowment was small, but he was a very good bottom. Met him once. = A Javanese guy, early 40s. Free service (see below). No massage, very small endowment but he was an outstanding and passionate bottom. Met him once. D. Free services. I've been visiting Bali for many MANY years, and it was the first time that anyone - moreover, several people - explicitly told me they wanted a free session with me. These are mostly local professionals ('local' doesn't mean Balinese - it means someone who lives there now; 'professional' means a person of independent means who isn't a spa worker/masseur/etc) and could be as young as 25 and as old as 50. Judging by the pre- and postcoital conversations with the locals, the main reason for it is the lack of foreigners: while they are still used to the earlier abundance of choice, the choice isn't there anymore, and they are getting desperate.

  17. exercise well rehearsed in 1940 when Baltic states joyfully and forever joined USSR. Crimea is ancestral land but not of Russians who driven out or annihilated it's previous occupants Tatars after Catherine conquered it at end of XVIII century. No doubt if institution of referendum was invented already they would join Russia gladly and in haste. There's no doubt that Kadyrow would be able to orchestrate referendum on Chechnya's independence in less than a week and made sure 97.8 % would vote for separation with 98.16 % of attendance. Then me and whole world would wonder if Russia , so attached to popular will in Crimea it seems , allowed her to go.

Draden’s 3rd question posed above: My observations on Airbnb: Where possible, I often take Airbnb lodgings particularly for longer trips. This winter I booked 30 nights in a large one-bedroom apartment. It was decent, well-managed, excellent location easily walkable to the Silom/Surawong area action. I also took a nice hotel room for the trip for entertaining without any valuable belongings to worry about, with bottomless towel supply options, and without dealing with the impossibility of sleeping with the usual paper-thin walls and constant inconsiderate slamming of doors that typically occurs in hotels. There would not have been a problem bringing guests, within reason, to the Airbnb condo. My “trainer” came up a few times. I don’t do overnights with guests. I was to check in on the 4th day as I technically needed 27 nights but I aligned with the one-month guideline. There is a lengthy thread here from around March 2023 on this subject. The “Superhosts” objected to the add-on because they thought it was unfair and unnecessary. Their point was that it’s up to me but they preferred to not take the extra fee needlessly. I had raised my concerns regarding lodgings regulations and they proclaimed that they were not operating outside of guidelines. Most of the many stellar reviews appeared to be short period stays. They capitulated to my insistence. There were no hassles whatsoever. Key pickup was from the reception staff and there was no prohibitive sign anywhere. I needed a few minor items for the kitchen and the hosts ordered them online and communicated with reception for delivery and pickup. Reception clearly knew I was a farang. I had even printed off the contract in case airport immigration were to have grilled me but it was stamp-and-go. The building had a few shops in the lobby. Other buildings in the area were similarly structured with mini-malls and some had Airbnb logo signs prominently displayed. In October the national Hotel Act regulations were revised. A lot of dwellings qualify for hotel licensing exemption and hosts can apply formally using an online form. The room threshold was lifted from 4 to 8. The examples include villas, tents, rafts, and shipping containers. (Note that shipping containers were part of Qatar’s World Cup accommodations options). Condo apartments are neither listed as an example nor excluded. Clearly the aim is greater flexibility. Some cities globally require that hosts must reside in the unit as a principal residence and only let their unit when they are willing and able to vacate it. Such a stipulation does not exist in Thailand. My sense is that condominium directorship boards can nevertheless trump the above workaround and behave as a separate entity to restrict short-term rentals. My advice, then, is to clarify with an Airbnb host that they are not operating under the radar … that they have formally sought and obtained permission for the hotel license exemption, that the building has not imposed restrictions, and that they are operating within any requirements regarding lodgings inspection, income subject to tax, VAT obligations, etc.

I'm bit surprised by that statement. As I said above , based on my experience , minimum tip is what they expect unless they in no uncertain terms ask for more . adding 10-20% ie 100 or 200 baht is pretty generous. Boys are as much used to stingy as to money thrower farangs, I don't think they would consider one who tips stated minimum stingy though. At end of day is up to client to see how much is deserved. Service may be poor but feel good factor may be tip determining factor.

  31. As often is the case with Thai journalism, it leaves more questions than it answers. 1. Any sign of a high-speed rail linking the 3 airports? Any sign of building works at least? (They must have won the contract in or before 2018). 2. Has anyone noticed that "the route has expanded to cover a greater distance since 2018"? As far as I know, it still starts at the airport and ends a Phaya Thai (and vice versa). 3. Have they restored the express line (different from the present local line) - the one which they say will have increased capacity to carry a grand 800 passangers a day, which is toughly 0.65 percent of the 123,000 passengers* a day that use Suvarnabhumi? *45 million assengers a yer divided by 365 days.

  32. Finding boys in Pattaya and the gay entertainment scene in Pattaya are two different things. Finding boys was easy back then and nowadays as well just the methods change before we rely on bars and freelancers who hang out at beaches, malls and all over Pattaya and now you can find them online as well.if looking boys is your main purpose Pattaya still delivers and can be enjoyable. Regarding the gay entertainment scene in Pattaya it's nothing like it was in the past I enjoyed to walk around Sunnee Plaza it was packed with bars and restaurants the ambience was lively,Boyz Town had also many bars with great shows lots of people having fun . Dongtan beach was exclusively gay zone with lots of freelancers sitting there and gay masseurs doing massage at the beach. almost all of these are gone now the scene is still exist but dramatically declined.

  33. So it’s been a little over a week since I got back from Santo Domingo and hot damn it was a wild ride figuratively and literally. I was in the capital for around 5 days. I would guesstimate that I got maybe a total of 12 hours of sleep the whole trip and was taking dick almost 70% of the time I was there. The experience this trip was completely different from the other times, and in the best way possible. At the end of the trip I was completely drained, and couldn’t walk straight for a good three days. Totally worth it. Incase you wanted more information about me and how I had things planned before the trip you can refer to my earlier post. https://www.gayguides.com/forums/topic/43395-returning-to-santo-domingo-back-from-my-3-year-hiatus/ So the way I’m going to divide my reports will be as follows. Report one, arrival and First day (Wed) divided into two parts. I recall the first day in its entirety, it was one guy for a full 24 hours so I have tons of details to share. Report two (Thursday and Friday) Report three, the wildest of the days (Saturday) Report four, last day and departure (Sunday and Monday early morning) So keep your eyes out for those, and if y’all have any questions i’ll be more than happy to answer them. All right let’s get into it 😈. Homecoming and the Fisherman So my original travel itinerary to Santo Domingo was a 3am arrival to Santo Domingo from Newark on the 7th of March and departing the 11th at 5am. After doing a final confirmation with the fisherman, seeing that there was no surcharge to change my ticket to arrive a day early, my Airbnb had a small apartment available at a deal. I said, fuck it, I’m going a day early and spend a “romantic” day with the Fisherman and get all my ducks in a row for the upcoming days. To everyone else I arrived on Thursday, but for the fisherman I would arrive Wednesday and we would spend the whole day and night to ourselves. Some background on the Fisherman (btw this story is a bit of a rollercoaster). We met through Manny during my previous visit to the DR. Manny brought him to the airport and he came to spend three days with me in the north of country. Mid 30s, Dominican Haitian, tatted, huge dick, high sex drive, rough around the edges and the one of the most down to earth guys I’ve met. Over the three days our connection surpassed the transactional and we became actual friends. We have similar interests, values, work ethic and was open to any experience I wanted to share with him and was open to whatever he wanted to share with me. The chemistry electric, and sex absolute fire. Sadly after that trip we lost contact, and what made it even worse was that no one had his contact. When I was planning this trip no one knew where he was, people guessed he was back in his village working. And others said he just plainly disappeared. To be honest I gave up hope finding him and settled with another guy to stay with me the whole trip. And then by chance, a month before arriving, I message a faceless profile on grinder with the title “Bi Activo 25cm”. I send a slew of my pics saying that I was going to be in Santo Domingo incase he wanted to hook up. The next day I response and it was HIM! He sent me numerous of voice messages about how he couldn’t believe we found eachother and that we were going to be reunited once again. He gives me his WhatsApp and we start talking on the phone every day, counting the days till I arrive. Three weeks before the trip and around a week of talking, catching up, reminiscing and planning. He tells me on Friday that he was feeling extremely sick. Concerned I told him to go see a doctor or a nurse and he said he would. The last time he would be online after that would be 3:27am on Saturday. Radio silence, calls not going through, messages not delivered. Initially I thought it was maybe his service was out on his phone. After a few days I sent a recharge to his number and still nothing. Then I started getting extremely concerned. Knowing that he was back in the capital and sometimes went to Marlowes I contact a Haitian buddy of mine to try to investigate. I send him his number, pictures of him, and last known whereabouts. My friend then recruits the bouncer from Marlowes to keep an eye if he saw him at the club or on the street. A week passes, no word, another week passes no luck. Honestly I was thinking the worst scenario might have happened. Then one week before I arrive the bouncer spotted him on the street. Gave him number and he contacted me on his friends phone. The Saturday we lost contact he was walking up the stairs to his apt and collapsed. The neighbor found him and rushed him to the hospital. His phone slipped through the side crack and fell two stories rendering it useless. He spent two days in the hospital with a serious case of the flu. And had no way to contact me, his family or loved ones. He took the phone to a repair shop and they wanted to charge 5000 Dominican pesos (85US) to fix it. I told him that they can go fuck themselves with that price and that I would bring him an older iPhone I had that was unlocked and that I wasn’t using. And through on and off communication through his friend’s phone we planned to meet the morning I arrived. Tuesday afternoon I fly out from Texas and arrive at Newark in the evening. I run to Duty Free, purchase two 1liter bottles of Hennessy (a fan favorite in the DR lol) and hit the lounge and shower before boarding my red eye to Santo Domingo. At Newark I call the fisherman on his friends phone and he says he made sure to sleep most of the day and was waiting for me to arrive. “Ya casi, y vas estar mio” (almost here, and then you are gonna be mine) me and my hole couldn’t wait. I arrive at SDQ around 3:00am, breeze through customs and catch an Uber to our intimate Airbnb in the Zona Colonial for the first night. Stepping outside, it had just rained and the temperature was in low 70s, the weather couldn’t have been better. I call him and tell him that I’m going to shower first (aka clean out) and then he could meet me at the apt. I pour myself a drink, clean out, unpack my lubes and poppers, dispense some lube in my hole and I call him. He’s tells me in Zona Colonial but his friends phone only works via wifi, scared of getting lost and not being able to communicate he tells me to meet him Paco’s. I immediately order an uber and head over there. When step out of the car at Paco’s there he was. He turned and looked at me and gave the biggest smile. He then comes and hugs me, a tight full body hug which I return in kind. After a lingering few second he tells me he couldn’t believe I was here. He truly thought we would meet again. We both look at each other and knew what was coming next. I called another Uber and we went directly to the Airbnb. The second after we closed the door, he pressed me against and started kissing me. Deep, passionate, my hands feeling all over his body and his hands cupping and caressing my head. And we start take each others clothes off and I feel his massive dick Rock hard through his basketball shorts. After what felt like ages kissing and feeling he leads me to the couch. Slides off his shorts and sits with throbbing dick in hand. “Mamelo baby” he says, and I immediately get on my knees and begin to suck him off. Running my tounge and spitting on his dick to get it wet, and then I start with suck. My lips wrapped around his dick while leaving a thin space of air to wet his dick more and create suction. He leans and cocks his head back and moans, saying he missed the way I sucked his dick. I start to use my hands and suck on his head, then I push his dick all the way back to my throat and start to squeeze his head and he starts going wild. And then after almost thirty minutes of giving him head he pull my head and tells me “dame ese culo” (give me that ass). Which I more than happily obliged. I then get on all fours on the edge of this flimsy couch. And he starts to eat me out, spitting, tonguing, and growling “que Rico” into my hole. He then springs up and I feel the head of his dick pressing against my hole. I told him “despacio” (slowly), I wasn’t going to use poppers and he obliged. He slowly slipped pushed in while my hole was gripping on his pulsating guevo. And when he finally gets all the way in I let out a high pitch moan/gasp, he was pressing against my second hole. And then he started to stroke. Chest pressed against the wall and ass on the edge of this flimsy couch. I feel him picking up the pace while he’s slowly pulling my insides with his huge dick. He then asks me if I missed him, while digging me out. And I moan “si papa, si” repeatedly. His pace got faster while saying “si? Si? Did you miss me?” The deeper he got I started to push my hole out. Getting his dick super wet, and once he felt that he belted “Coño” and grabbed my shoulders. With pulling my shoulders. The balancing act was over. The couch/bench flipped over from the weight and pulling and we were both on the floor. On the floor astonished, we looked at eachother and started laughing. He scooches over and starts kissing me and I grab his dick, slick with lube and cream. I then splay my ass in the air and pressed my chest to the floor. He let out another growl and stood up, bent his knees a bit and started fucking from above. I started moaning loudly the deeper he got. He was hitting all the walls in my hole. Then suddenly I felt his dick get even bigger and he started moaning. “Quieres mi leche?, quieres mi leche?” He kept repeating. And when I said yes I felt his nut filling my hole, I let out an “oh my God” when feeling a jolt of fire unload in my hole. I cock my head back and see his eyes rolled to the back of his head while moaning. With his dick still twitching and loading my hole he collapses on top of me and Kisses my neck and back telling me how much he misses me. It was almost 6am and that was the first nut. So I think I’m gonna stop part one here. I unloaded a lot of details and didn’t want to overwhelm in one post. In part 2 I’ll share more details about our experience, how we spent our day, how I planned for the rest of the trip. And a lot of details about the mind blowing sex (we even utilized a terrace and jacuzzi). Hope y’all enjoyed and stay tuned for part 2. P.S. I’ll post fisherman’s dick below.

  35. Although the owner of New Twlight and its likewise failed successor never could find the right combination to make a go of it, there's no denying it had some of the best components for a great venue: lighting, stage open on three sides, comfortable seating, high-end sound system. In the hands of the right promoter, the Tawan concept could retained but redefined in a way that has wider appeal. I know I was in the minority at the time but I didn't believe location was huge drawback. SOL bar had a primo location on PP2 and ultimately failed because it didn't get the concept right and has since evolved into a hybrid operation.

  37. I hope it's as much truth as in today's announcement of increasing Airport Line capacity to 800 a day ! Yes , I agree closing such venerable institution would amount to sacrilege. But even if truth , which I don't believe I think it will be resurrected somewhere ( old New Twlight/ Queens Club location nearby is still empty )

    Gay sex slang?

There is no need to thank me. But since you asked a lot of questions and got a lot of answers, perhaps you could share some of your own experiences in appreciation. 🙂

In all the times I've brought guys back to my hotel room, never had their IDs checked by the receptionist at the hotel. I've heard some hotels (e.g. Tarntawan) might have that policy in place but most probably don't. I think this differs between individuals but for me, a hotel is my preference when it comes to Thailand mainly because the rates are about the same with (or sometimes better than) AirBnBs, and you'd generally get better service at a hotel (e.g. breakfast, daily room cleaning, etc.).

  41. Certainly the case in this article. Reporter accepts statements without any critical analysis or knowledge of project's history. Recent news articles about Thai public education system have all identified "lack of critical thinking" as one of its failures.

  43. 'It was a perfect bankruptcy. Beautiful. Many people are saying it. Believe me, you've never seen such a perfect bankruptcy. Bigly. People come up to me with tears in their eyes, and say 'Sir, no one has ever declared bankruptcy as perfectly as you.' Tremendous. I have the best attorneys who will also declare bankruptcy. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. No collusion.'

  44. About half the guys I encounter in Bangkok are tattooed (common among those from Myanmar and Isan). I find them attractive. Even if it's a just a thumbs up gesture, I make it a point to compliment them early on in the session. Good ice breaker and puts them at ease.

  46. I have a summer job that includes occasionally dealing with some Americans, mostly older men who have made a lot of money in their lives and mostly through their own hard work and smarts. Yet I overhear them making comments about Trump being persecuted and falsely accused and all kinds of other ridiculous comments. I can understand people who know Trump for what he is, but still prefer him over the alternative....(especially Clinton, she's nasty), but how can smart people pretend that he's a decent human being.

    Tunisia

I had a chance to travel for one month to Tunisia back in August and sample many of the wonderful young Arab men available. Here are some of my notes: Tunis: When I arrived, the messages on Grindr began to light up considerably. As I did in other countries, I would ask to video chat and most chose not to. It was clear in two instances that the men were contriving something as they insisted that I come to their place in the far rural section of Tunis. I agreed in one instance to meet, but decided to arrive two hours before. I sat at a café and watched the area. The young man in question arrived with four of his friends. The man sat at the bench in the center of the park where he wanted to meet, and his four friends scattered around the park. At that point I got up and took a taxi back to my hotel. I texted the guy and asked why he did not come alone as requested. When I showed him the long-range photo I took, he said he would report me to the police. Obviously, he would not and could not since he had no information. He proved the point that Grindr in Tunisia can be dangerous. I stayed the first week in a tourist hotel on Ave Habib Bourguiba (hereafter AHB) which is the main avenue in Tunis. Guests were not allowed back at the hotel so I had to try other venues. I had stayed in Tunis six times before, and usually frequented the three centrally located movie theatres where there were always some men available for action. Unfortunately, these movie theatres have now become strictly legitimate and do not allow any gay action in them at all. I also tried the Belvedere Park and Tunis Zoo which was where you could usually pick-up men and use the woods. Sadly, there were just families during the day and no men out in the evening. I had previously had good luck at both places. For this trip, I was able to find young guys only by walking the AHB. There are benches all along the central pedestrian section of the Avenue. Get yourself something to drink and just sit and watch the people. Inevitably, there will be some young guys that will walk up, sit down, and start a conversation clearly for money. In three instances I asked where we could go. In all three they took me to one of the theatres. So, while the theatre itself had no guys available, you could go in separately and then find each other in a quiet area. The biggest theatre in Tunisia (over 500 seats and three levels) is right on the AHB and is called Cinéma Le Colisée. I used to have great fun in previous years with guys in the lower section there, but now you need to find and bring your guy from outside. The second place to meet guys is at the corner where AHB crosses Rue de Marseille. Get yourself a coffee at the corner Patisserie Naouri and sit to watch the guys come by. If you smile and want to talk, you will need to get up and go chat as the servers are very careful to not allow bystanders to interfere with guests. The third place to find guys is at the east part of AHB where it meets Place du 14 Janvier 2011 (this is where the famous Clock of Habib is located). Get yourself a coffee from the corner Pomme De Pain and sit to watch all the boys gather in the park next to it. The park is located between the Pomme De Pain and the Café La Fontaine. You can have a conversation with the guys and most will know a place nearby in an alley or side street where you can do the deed. Almost all the guys at the first three places were active, while the guys at the corner park area were active and passive. I later returned on my exit from the country to stay one more week in an Airbnb that had a private entrance. In that case, I took guys back from the third location park with no problem. Sousse: I stayed in an Airbnb with private access. You can easily figure out the places to stay by reading the reviews of places on Airbnb. If a gay had a problem bringing back a guy, you will see that he compliments the owner for the security of the place and the night guard. He likewise compliments the owner for private access to signal to the rest of us the option to bring a guy back. I stayed in Sousse three weeks this time, but have also stayed six times before. The main road for finding guys is along the see wall pedestrian area starting at the northern end on Ave Hedi Chaker (hereafter AHC) where it meets the Hotel Riadh Palms, and then simply walk down the sea wall pedestrian area south past the Place Bou Jaaaar and down the Habeeb Burgioba Street (hereafter HBS) until you get to the Claridge Hotel. I walked that several times a day and you can always find young men. I found guys this time for service at two places. The first was by sitting with other gay men at the famous Café La Sirene at the Place Bou Jaafar. Sit there at the outside covered tables, have yourself an orange juice, and just watch the many many guys that parade by. If you are interested in a guy, you can ask him to join you and the staff will have no problem. The second place is the Café Jus Glaces at the corner of HBS and Rue Palestine. Sit, get a drink, watch the boys, and invite some to sit at your table. Do a google maps search and it will even show you ME sitting at the bar watching the boys go by. The go-to bar for guys keeps changing every year it seems. It used to be a bar on the northern end of Sousse near Mongi Slim, but this time it was closed. As for where to have sex, Airbnb was the way to go this time. I was able to invite many men back with no problems. Now, I did have two guys that showed me ID and they were clearly 19, but they looked much younger and I did not want to risk it. So, I asked THEM where we should go. In one instance the young man had me pay for an unofficial one-hour hotel. It required him to first talk with the clerk with me outside, then he waived me in, I passed the money to the clerk, and off we went to the room for an hour. The same happened with a second guy who took me to another place. I was very cautious because I would not provide my ID to get a room as is normally required by law. So I told the young men that I had no ID and they knew a place to go. It went so well that I always first asked a guy if he knew of a place to go. If they did not, then I would use my Airbnb. Interestingly, several other guys told me they come to Sousse from the rural areas to make some money for a few days. If they don’t get a room, then they have to stay on the streets or in a Hamman. The final place for me was the legit theatre on HBS known as Cinema Le Palace next to the Bar Tapas. This smaller theatre shows legitimate movies and is VERY frequented by couples to make out. However, there always seemed to be at least one guy for sex there in the afternoons that you could meet in the smallest bathroom stall I have ever encountered. Interestingly, the two young men who run the theatre for their family (an old man or old woman always takes the money) were both available for blow jobs when I was there. One is a bit strange with glasses, and the other seems to dye his hair a different color each time I visit. GRINDR: Be warned it can be dangerous. SEX: Most of the guys are active, like to get sucked, will fuck, and many will also kiss. Tunis and Sousse both had passive guys, but they were usually dressed with lipstick and overtly effeminate. As you will note from police reports, Sousse especially has very young guys for trade. In turn, Sousse is very active in arresting those who pay for underage sex. Two German men were arrested the week I was there because one of them took back an underage boy to his apartment and was reported. Stings are the norm and money/bribes will not help out. As one French gay couple told me, there are weekly stings that are set-up precisely to entrap foreigners who prey on the underage there. There are plenty of young boys/guys that are available of legal age. PAY: The street guys usually wanted 30-50 Tunisian dinars ($11-$18 USD) for a quick blow job. When I took a guy back to my place, they usually asked for 50-75 dinars ($18-$27). LANGUAGE: Arab and French, although the boys seem to know German and English as many gay tourists come from Germany and the UK.
